Great understanding of what I wanted and was linked to 3 very different companies all with good reviews. 2 companies contacted me straightaway and appointments were booked for next day. 3rd company Anglican contacted me the next day but was dealt with through a contact centre and felt very unpersonable.

He explained the next steps and the names of the companies that would be in touch. He did take note of the best times to ring and when I was unavailable.
