We were not sure if our stuff would fit a medium van though we accurately had put in all the details. We received the driver's number on the day of the move after two cancellations during previous day. We had booked it for a longer time hoping that if there was some stuff left behind we could go in for another trip at an additional cost (we were moving only 3 kms away). The driver called up in the morning to request an early pick up and we weren't ready. We requested for an additional trip if in case there might be some stuff behind (though unlikely). He refused to accommodate any additional trip, insisted he will get a larger van and we had to pay him 40£ extra for it. When the van came, it did not look like a large van (we had previously booked a medium van and looked exactly like that) , some bits and bobs were left behind which we had to book a taxi for and still pay him £40 pounds extra for the supposed large van. We are unhappy with the lack of transparency and lack of service. I did drop a message to the app about the additional trip and heard back nothing as well.

Edward arrived a little late, but it went very smoothly from there. What was most impressive was that he is an extraordinary person who is doing the service for charity. Was great meeting him!

Worst company ever! I booked, it was confirmed, (4 weeks before move), the driver changed when I checked a week later, then I checked 2 days before the move and no driver was listed. I was not informed of this, and it was only me asking which alerted the problem. I got an email cancelling the booking 36 hours or so before the moving date/time. Absolute panic! Trying to find someone else at such short notice was so stressful, as our moving date could not be changed.
So stressful. I would NOT recommend this company at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst man and van I’ve hired! Turned up and literally gave us zero help and was absolutely useless. Asked for help on where to place items in the van and in what order (as I had glass shelves and large mirrors etc) and he just said throw everything in. Then half way through us loading things in, came in to the back of the van (he was sat in the front seat the whole time) and started moving things around and kicking my stuff delaying so we would leave later and go over our time. Attitude was awful and would never hire again.

Terrible experience, the man I hired came late and left early. I complained to customer service with proof and heard absolutely nothing back. Will have to create a chargeback with my bank at this point. Disappointing

Aimen was really helpful and helped us with moving stuff wherever possible, even though we didn’t request any help. We’ll definitely recommend everyone to go for it!

Worse move ever. I booked 2h and the guys had only 1 hour for us. They throw stuff around and careless of the furniture caused many damages to wall, doors and leather sofa. I would not suggest this nightmare to anyone!

The driver changed the time 2 hours before arriving, very rude, while we booked 2h, he had just 1 hour free, he throwed stuff around and push through doors and stairs. I have now 2 doors badly chipped, stairs and 2 doors scarfed, 1 leather new sofa was scarfed while moving the lorry platform up. This caused almost £3000 damage to goods and newly refurbished property.

Frank was great. Friendly, professional, punctual (arrived 5 min early), brought a bigger van than I booked as I didn’t know what size I needed, helped us move everything including a heavy sofa down 4 flights of stairs, let us (2 passengers) ride in the van with him. I would definitely use Frank again in future.

The drivers broke multiple of my items. They broke a bottle of wine and a few more kitchenwares and threw it away so that I wouldn’t see. They broke a vase for my plants then hid the piece on a different box and put a different pot on the floor to mask it. They broke the shoe cabinet and threw away the missing piece so I can’t even fix. Multiple plants were damaged also. When I brought these to the driver attentions he refused to use his insurance on it. Apparently because I didn’t tell him straight away. His expectation is for you to open and check each and every of your items in boxes to make sure all is fine. He is not to be trusted as he accused me of lying and that none of those things happened. Also when he first arrived to my place he stank of weed, and so did the van. So I really do not suggest this driver.

Robert was right on time and very professional, he knew exactly what to load first in the van. Everything went smooth and super fast both at loading and unloading. Highly recommend!

Sam was great, he is super friendly and in constant communication if there were any delays.
