total scam, charged my card twice, never received item.

I ordered their Morse code trainer. The trainer was advertised as having a record and playback function and other features. It didn’t.

I was offered several increases in compensation never above the 30% cost price for a trinket.

I was told to return it to a Hong Kong address (which cost me less than they offered for compensation) The address was undeliverable.

Fortunately I paid via PayPal and they assessed in my favour.

Be careful when using this seller

Competerival (competerival.com) has a low customer satisfaction rating, holding a Trustpilot score of 2.5 out of 5 stars & I can see why. I ordered a red/blue/white led pen light. I never received it. In fact in over 4 months of inquiring they kept giving me excuses & that its on it way. After nagging them to just resend the same pen light they refunded my money. They state on their page of a "Fast refund Guarantee," well, its not so fast. It was long and drawn out. I WOULD NOT recommend them. I kept asking where it was being shipped from & everytime they would ignore the question. It was obviously overseas according to the beginning of the tracking as it soon disappeared like an enemy jet in the sky-poof!!
Terrible company!!

I was overcharged. My order confirmation email shows a different price than what showed up on my bank account. What's more concerning is the merchant name doesn't match the seller/website name.
Edit: lowered to one star. This site is a scam. Fake tracking, provided fake usps tracking number that showed delivered to a completely different address.

All I can say unbelievable bullcrap from there office support
5.5 weeks in no package.

I thought I was ordering oil filters from Dave's Auto Center. Clicked in the ad and somehow unknowingly ended up buying them from this competerival.com. It was as if their website intercepted my click on the ad. The order went in, its now over a month with no product.

Order two things 5 weeks ago - neither has showed up. I have received tracking updates from some 3rd party service showing one package made it to Cleveland OH (2 hours from me) over a week ago. No updates since and no product. Avoid this company...

Does not deliver. Gives out fake tracking numbers that says it is stuck in customs. I checked with the swedish customs and they had no information about the packages at all.

Charging for more speed and the discover still have to wait weeks big minus. I don't mind waiting, but dont ask money and pretend it will make a difference,.
Quality of product is rather poor for what you pay. Again money for delivery is not helping then.
