Its easy to book the appointment. 5 minutes online & its done. Easy to find for the appointment. Depending on were you live, it may not be to far to travel. Good price. Nice doctor.

Speedy, efficient

Great experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and the process was very clear. When I arrived, the check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Overall, everything was well organized and efficient. To be honest, I think I’m stuck with Compliance Medicals for life now – in a good way! I’ll definitely be back again when my next medical is due.

Had my driver medical done with Compliance Medicals at their Edmonton venue, and honestly, the whole process was spot on from start to finish.

A mate recommended them to me when I was sorting out my taxi badge licence, and I’m glad he did. I’ve been back since and the service has been just as good, so I’d say I’m definitely a returning customer now.

Once I booked, everything was really clear. I got a confirmation email explaining exactly what I needed to bring. After paying, they sent a receipt with a cover email explaining the kind of medical records required. I also got email and text reminders before the appointment, which was helpful. They even sent details about parking at the Edmonton venue, which made things easy on the day.

Dr Ahmed was brilliant – very professional but also easy to talk to. He explained everything properly during the medical, so the whole thing felt straightforward and relaxed.

Everything ran on time and was well organised.

Best service and beautiful environment

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic.

I had a TFL PHV medical appointment scheduled for Saturday at 1:40 PM. On Friday around 7:00 PM, I received a call informing me that I needed to bring the TFL form with me. This was the first time this requirement was mentioned.

The following morning, I was working and only had the opportunity to try to print the form shortly before the appointment. Unfortunately, I do not have access to a printer. I called the clinic to explain that I might arrive slightly late because of this issue, and the receptionist told me that the doctor would be able to print the form for me.

Despite this reassurance, when I arrived approximately 15 minutes late, the doctor refused to see me. He was extremely rude and simply told me to call and reschedule.

When I called to reschedule, I was informed that I would have to pay again. I explained that I should not be charged for a service that was not provided, especially given the short notice about the form and the fact that I had called ahead. I was told to send an email with my complaint.

I have since sent two emails requesting to reschedule without additional charge, and I have received no response. I am now being completely ignored.

Very unprofessional handling of the situation and poor communication throughout.
