No “Easy Return” Policy
Despite following the “easy return” policy, you will have to fight to only receive “store credit” minus the “restocking fee.” The restocking fee is in addition to paying to ship the product for return. Emails to customer service are “never received.” I shipped my product for return, and was never contacted by the company nor were my email inquiries returned, until I reached out to the BBB. I followed the return policy as noted on the website, but was never given one- I was only given store credit, minus the restocking fee. Sketchy return policy.
