I Bought Raport Deodorant, Which I was finding hard to get in the shops and when I did see Raport it was really expensive.
But I found this web site Concord Extra and they delivered to me with in two days. I would recommend to anyone.

I was looking for Prestone Bugwash Windscreen wash which is spot on in the warmer months for getting rid of that fly splat on the windscreen! Normally retails for over £6.00 in a well known car parts store in the UK but Concord were selling it for a lot less and next day delivery too, so I saved a packet on this product, thanks for a easy transaction and a speedy turnaround on my order.

i usually call in local store but decided to order dog food online + collect from store to ensure availability of large quantity. everything arrived within few days all correct. only gripe is that i am unable to view order history etc online and as i paid with paypal i didn't receive an order ref number or confirmation of items ordered - something about it being classed as a fast track order rather than one by someone with an account i was told?? had to phone helpline to have my order ref to go + collect. improvements definitely to be made to the online account system i think!!

The Beef Rissotto's arrived as promised and on time. The postage was very resonable as I live in Guernsey. So all I can say is excellent

My order was reduced presumably due to lack of availability, but nobody bothered to inform me. The goods were received quickly and in good order, and a refund issued - so no complaints there. But you might have had the courtesy to tell me.

I have been a Concorde Extra user since moving to Wales 6 years ago, the staff in the local shop are very friendly and helpful. It's a pity the on-line ordering service isn't so good, because when I placed my order I heard nothing from them, no confirmation of my order. It just appears to go to a black hole and to top it the delivery to my local store for collection was painfully slow. I will continue to support my store but will think twice about on-line orders with them.

5 Days after placing my order 1/2 items ordered were refunded via paypal with no explanations after 10 days of no goods arriving I phoned to be told that the items had been lost.
So 10 days after original order I have had nothing

Firstly I had next day delivery on my order and it arrived 3-4 days later, when it did arrive the sweets I had ordered the tub they were in had split so everything was covered in sugar. But the worst part is I emailed customer support to inform then of this and 7 days later I am still waiting for a reply. Maybe 3 stars is too generous??

Have removed an extra star from my review just for the fact they are making me out to be a liar saying they responded to my complaint when they didn't. The fact that they respond to my review 4 months after I initially posted it says it all about their customer support or lack of!

Items Delivered very quickly and were just as described.

I ordered Hydro 5 razor blades @£3.99, payment was accepted, emailed to confirm item dispatched. So far so good. then another email to say not enough stock so has to cancel order. Item now £4.99 but not in stock. Contacted customer service and told that there was was not enough stock but nothing about being informed that dispatch had been confirmed. To rub salt in the wounds they want a customer review, well they have got it.
I would recomend you avoid at all cost.

No problems with my order and delivery was quite fast.

5 stars for delivery but only 2 overall
Bulk discount not taken off at checkout and paypal link at end of order comformation disconnected.

Prices of goods are competitive so may well use again.

Great value for the Brut Deodorants i buy. They sell all different Fragrances from brut at a good price. I buy these every month and recieve them 3 to 4 days laters depending on the day i order. I will always use this site to buy these products. I i could say a negative it would be the cost of the postage and packaging but this wont put me off from buying these products in the future
