I ordered one item , shipping cost as much as the item did . After one week i still had not received shipping information so i asked them to refund my money so i could just buy what i needed on amazon and get it in two days . Lo and behold instead of the refund i asked for i get a shipping notification . But did the item go out that day ? No a label was generated but it sat for two Marie days before being dropped off . By the time i received it it took two weeks . Bullshit

After my order sitting a solid week before being shipped, they sent the wrong product. A $40 roll where my order was over $100.
I cannot get in contact with anyone. They have not responded to several messages. They have not answered their phone even once. Its been days and not a peep from them. If it was just one of these things, no problem, thing happen. But, they didn't ship it for over a week. They sent the wrong product, and then they ghosted me.

I got a response about an order that got delayed!

The second order arrived first. Nice fabric! I was worried that there might be an error, but it was accurately packed...exactly what I ordered!

Now, anxiously awaiting the second!! I was sent a tracking number just today!! :)

I never doubted everything would turn out perfectly. I highly recommend connecting threads to anyone looking for quilting materials or fabric.

Connecting threads has good quality, pretty fabric. As a retired person, living on a fixed income I usually shop for clearance fabric and unfortunately their clearance fabric section is still expensive when compared with most other sites of this ilk. I rarely shop for fabric on this site. I do purchase most of my thread thru them and that is very affordable with many beautiful colors available. It does however create a lot of lint!

I love this store. I don't buy much fabric these days because I have a huge stash that I am working from. I recently decided to use one of the fabrics that I purchased at connecting threads This fabric is one of their fabrics and it is VERY GOOD quality. I am always so happy with the quality of the connecting threads brand fabrics. Always a good weight and silky just like the most expensive brands, but for a reasonable price.
The customer service is second to none. I was once shipped the wrong fabric and upon calling, they corrected it very quickly and with no hassles.

I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.

I received some really badly cut yardages. I emailed customer service and received no reply. Very disappointing.

Beautiful quality fabrics, and threads at reasonable prices and fast shipping. Customer service is prompt and painless and helpful. This is the only place I'm buying my quilting fabrics, have always been happy !

Connecting Threads has always been my go-to for quality quilting fabric and I will continue to shop with you. However, the 108" backing fabric I ordered was imperfect (had large areas of yellowish discoloration.) I had not opened it up to examine it when it arrived, and by the time I was ready to back the quilt it was long past the date for returns. Since it was the back of the quilt I went ahead and used it but was disappointed in the discoloration. This is the first problem I have encountered with Connecting Threads. Normally I would give you 5 stars.

Order was completed quickly and efficiently. Delivery was on time as indicated. Great service!
