ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Ordered an XBOX from their site back at the end of December. They took my money and never shipped the item. Kept giving me the run around whenever I'd email them. Never giving any specifics of if or when it would ship. Kept telling me to 'be patient' Classic delay tactics. I've had to get my bank involved to try and get my money bank. I'm disgusted that google allowed them to be top of the search when looking to buy an XBOX. They really should have some accountability when recommending SCAM websites!!

Do not buy anything from this company. They will take your money and not deliver.
After numerous emails back and forth trying to confirm the status of my order, and getting nowhere I cancelled the order. I was told a refund would take 14 working days. This is just a delay tactic. Still no refund. Customer services asking me to be patient and giving me the run around. Shocking service. An absolute disgrace to deal with. Do not buy anything from this company

Order for psp parts ordered on Dec 14th, received email saying it was shipped on Dec 17th. As of today, Jan 29th, have not received my order. First email to them was replied with asking me to wait one more week. Now my emails are not replied to at all. After doing a search for complaints, many others have had the same problem with the console shop/ModChip. Some do get the items ordered but long after the 7 to 8 days shown on their site. Time will tell if I get my order or if I was ripped off like so many others. Should have checked into this company before I ordered. Lesson learned!!
