Never leased a car before. The vehicle was delivered yesterday and so far, so good, no complaints whatsoever. The whole process was smooth and trouble free thanks to Jodie Doyle and the rest of the team at Contractcars.com.

From point of sale with Simon Jupe to aftercare from Faye Hunn, this company is brilliant and a pleasure to deal with, have been using them for many years now and just taken delivery of our 6th car sourced via Contract Cars, always have the best deal in the market (I have compared with many other companies and done plenty of research). Any issue (rare) has always been 3rd party but these people are quick to sort it out ,well recommended. Thank you.

my initial contact with the company was very very professional from the start. I would like to share my experience with the account manager that was assigned to my rental this was Jodie Doyal.

Everything was coordinated through Jodie to the pick-up. In between i had asked here various question's for help on hotels as i was traveling down from Aberdeen to Manchester, Jodie fished out the information on several hotels which was a great help. If anyone is looking to Lease a vehicle and want a professional experience i would Recommend Contract Cars. Keep up the good work

After being let down by a competitor I reached out to Contract Cars about an Audi A5 that had very limited stock, Jack Mann responded to my email enquiry within an hour of receiving it and the car was secured a few hours later.
Myron Fernandes then kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates which was really helpful.
The cars now arrived and as expected so great service by Contract Cars and also the Audi dealership.
Overall a seamless and slick process at a competitive rate.

Quick and easy process. Everything was explained well and ran smoothly

I had never heard of Contract Cars before and stumbled on an ad on LinkedIn. Before I know it I’ve made an enquiry and almost by return, I received a call from Simon Jupe who talked me through what might be available to meet my needs.

With a day Simon had come up with some options and we agreed to move forward with a specific car.

Interestingly, they seemed to be able to source cars my Audi main dealer couldn’t.

After that, I was introduced to Jodie Doyle who then made sure that everything was proceeds and managed efficiently, including documentation, private reg transfer logistics and importantly, delivery.

All of that went to plan and the car was delivered exactly as promised.

Excellent individual customer service from start to finish.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with contract cars! This was my first lease as normally I’d purchase or go PCP, however wanted to upgrade to a brand new EV so made the most sense.
I went for the BYD Seal excellence and I can confirm after weeks of research you will not find better value for money or better customer service than going with contract cars.
Jodie and Mark were so easy to deal with and always kept me up to date. Huge shout out to them especially as they also easily made a last minute change to the colour which meant I received my car earlier. Cannot recommend enough!
