This is my first time leasing a car and I have found contract cars to be a great company. When I first contacted the company I dealt with Jack. He was very helpful and explained everything to me making me feel happy with my decision . I was then assigned an accounts manager Jodie Doyle, who has been excellent communicating with myself throughout the process and extremely helpful when organising delivery of my car. From my initial interest, it only took two weeks to take delivery of my brand-new car. Everything has been straightforward and dealt with very quickly. I would definitely use contract cars again.

I had quite specific requirements for the vehicle I wanted, and he went above and beyond to help secure the right car. He dealt patiently with my numerous questions, was clearly very knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

What particularly impressed me was James's honesty and transparency regarding the availability of the vehicle I was looking for.
