Having never sold a house before, we were very nervous about the whole process, but Conveyancing Direct were brilliant from start to finish. Our solicitor, Jan, was amazing — she kept us fully updated throughout, there were never any delays, and her friendly manner immediately put us at ease.

Conveyancing Direct were the conveyancers used by the buyers of our property. The conveyancer was Daniel. It was a cash purchase of a property with no chain. It can't get any simpler. This company took five months to complete the process. For the first two/three months they did nothing and did not respond to any queries or communication by our solicitor or estate agent. It was only after nearly 3 months when they finally responded that we realized nothing had happened. It then took a further two months from that point to complete. Partway through the process we had no confidence that this company would complete the transaction so we realisted the property. After a total of 5 months they did get over the line. Only use this company if you're in no rush whatsoever to sell your property.

We lost our Sale due to the awful person working on our case. Not completing work in time.
There was no communication from him and even when speaking to his manager about issues, that were the solicitors fault. We were told we would get an apology but that never came.
We changed estate agents and solicitors due to the situation we went through
