My order was shipped to me sooner that I expected it, which was great. This was my second order with Cook's Direct, and I will order from them again.

Have 2 of these in different sizes, needed one more size. The other 2 I got are for my husband's mother. She needed some GOOD ONES. Awesome products. Thanks

Cook's Direct was recommended by a family member. Ordering was very easy. The item I ordered said it would ship within 2 business days. I ended up calling after 2 weeks and no notification of order shipping. I surprised to have the call answered by a live person who was able to help me quickly and responded by email by the following morning. My only mistake was in ordering the wrong size drinking glass. Keeping them anyway as I love the product and will be ordering the correct size soon.

This beverage holder does the perfect job. It holds the ice for hours so it doesn't melt and the water warms to room temperature and the best part is there is no condensation on the outside of the holder that would drip on the table below, also, it looks professional.

I've been trying to get a refund back for several weeks now, but sometimes it's days before I receive an email back or a call back from the person I am in direct contact with. They have my new card # and my order information, so I'm not sure why the holdup. I just want my refund please!

I called Moffat to verify that Cooks Direct was legitimate because the price was so good. They assured me they were. The delivery was timely and the stove was well packed. The whole experience was positive. I would do business with them again.

I love my Matfer Bourgeat skillet, it is high quality carbon-steel which does it all. I can bake, broil,sear and stir-fry in it plus cook delicate foods like fish and eggs with no fear of sticking. (Before cooking with it you will need to season the skillet.)

I purchased a pan for my mom at Christmastime. I knew it was backordered and wouldn't be delivered until April. My mom decided the pan was too big to fit into her cupboard and asked me to cancel the order. I did, asking that I be notified when the credit was put through. I had to call back, only to be told that "I'm sure we already put through the credit," although she had no paperwork to indicate that. I just received my credit card bill, and there is the charge I had been asked to be cancelled. All in all, not the best experience!

I ordered a pan from this company at least ten days before Christmas. My card was charged for the order but as of yet, I have not received the item.

I think that the title of this review says it all...

My order is back ordered from Dec to April but the problem is at the manufacturers and Cook's Direct has given good updates to probable delivery date.

The entire ordering, purchasing and shipment process was great. Easy, fast and very responsive. The price I paid for a KitchenAid Commercial 8 Qt. stand mixer was fantastic. Saved me more then $500 off the list price and several hundred more then any other internet price I could find. I will do business again with Cook's Direct based on my experience this purchase.

My husband and I love it. The size is perfect for us to enjoy a second cup of coffee on the patio. And it stays hot:)

I ordered a frying pan as a Christmas gift for my sister in law that can't be shipped for 5 months due to production demand. I asked on your web site whether I could get a gift certificate for it and had no response. Finally, I called the service number and was told that you didn't have a gift certificate for it. It seems like you should offer such a service, especially with such an extended wait time for a product.

It was easy to place the order and I am looking forward to actually receiving the product. The bad news is the very long back order delay - I am not gong to receive my purchase until February (ordered in mid December).
