I had a fantastic experience with Cool 365 Ltd. From my initial contact to the completed job, the entire process took less than three weeks, which was incredibly efficient.The standout part of my experience was speaking with Brooke. Before contacting Cool 365 Ltd, I had spoken to several other companies, but none of them showed much interest or had a welcoming approach. Brooke was the absolute reason I chose this firm. She was the only person across multiple companies who had a genuinely pleasant attitude and showed real interest in my request. Her professional and helpful demeanor completely convinced me that I was dealing with a great company, and she was absolutely right.They handled a big job for me, which involved decommissioning three old units, and removing two plus a large unit from my flat roof. They then fitted two brand-new units—one in the lounge and one in the bedroom—with the outdoor units neatly installed outside.The team did an excellent job all round. They removed all of the rubbish and old units, leaving the entire site completely clean and tidy. We are currently having a heatwave, so I have just given the new system its first real test, and everything is working brilliantly. If you want a company that actually cares about its customers, respects your property, and delivers fast, reliable service, look no further than Cool 365 Ltd!

One of our air conditioning units was hardly cooling. I suspected a loss of refrigerant, but am no expert. I contacted our original installers but was really unimpressed by their attitude and a frankly outrageous price to inspect properly and and repair having already been one to achieve precisely nothing. So I looked around and contacted Cool365. An appointment was arranged for 10 days later, which was fine, and Daniel arrived today absolutely on time. Slightly early in fact, but I was ready. He diagnosed the fault, having thoroughly tested the system, and repaired the leak. He then pressure tested the repair and regassed the system which is now pushing out Artic cold air. And all at half the price I was quoted by my now ex other company. I’m sticking with Cool365 now. I couldn’t be more pleased

We had Daniel and Charlie come yesterday to provide us with a service of all our A/C systems and what an amazing team. They are professional, very friendly, extremely competent in what they do. I CALLED ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR WHEN MY AIRCIN HAD BROKEN DOWN and it was a public holiday . I was desperate… I needed the aircon for medical reasons.. and COOL 365 answered my call . They sent a service man very promptly who fixed the machine and I have been eternally grateful to them. Other companies that I called apologised, but said they were unable to call for several days.. or that they were closed … or never called me back. So the service that I received from Cool 365 was exemplary.

This is honestly quite a difficult review to write because everyone I have dealt with has been genuinely lovely, friendly, and I do believe they have been trying to help. However, despite that, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing and I do not think I could recommend the company to others.

What should have been a straightforward air conditioning installation has turned into months of failed visits, repeated issues, disruption to my property, and ultimately an unusable unit during a heatwave.

Since March I have had:

* an initial survey where a design was agreed and my concerns were alleviated, with reassurance that the installation would be straightforward
* a delivery without installation despite my understanding that installation was planned
* a first installation that was incorrect and allowed water into the property
* another visit to measure up
* a second installation attempt that has also failed

To their credit, they have clearly tried to come up with solutions, including arranging a bespoke unit/setup. I genuinely appreciate the effort that has gone into trying to resolve the problem. However, at this stage I feel they have overpromised and underdelivered, and I no longer have confidence that they are actually able to provide the solution originally agreed.

The latest installation is worse than the first. The hose does not properly fit into the new device, fell out after only a couple of hours of use, appears to have internal padding melting under the heat, and still does not seal correctly, allowing hot air back into the property.

The most frustrating part is that these issues probably should have been identified during the original survey visit before months of work, multiple appointments, and alterations to my property took place.

I genuinely believed the second installation would finally solve the issue, but unfortunately I now think otherwise.

To make matters worse, the original setup was removed during the latest visit, so I am now left with no usable air conditioning at all during extremely hot weather. Given the current heatwave, it is unlikely another company will even be available to rectify this quickly.

Communication and punctuality throughout have also been poor, with repeated delays and little communication about timing.

I do appreciate that (most of) the staff have been polite and trying to help throughout, but sadly the end result is still that I am left without a functioning air conditioning solution during extremely hot weather. At this point, I would not feel comfortable recommending the company to others.

We had our air con serviced by Daniel. He was friendly, efficient and respectful of our property. We had a problem with a cover on one of our units and Daniel identified the fault and fixed it with ease. We have always had exemplary service from Cool 365 and we look forward to using them again in future.

We’ve had a good experience with Cool 365 installing a/c at our home. Andy led the installation team and did a very professional job. The wider team have been very supportive and did exactly what was described at the initial survey.

We had our air conditioning installed in our garden room by Jack. Really good service from start to finish. Reliable, trustworthy and overall really good experience. Really clean worker too. No hesitation in recommending him or Cool 365.

I’ve been thinking about getting AC for a while, shopping around trying to find a company I felt confident in. I’m so happy I took my time and chose this company. They were very experienced, knowledgeable, and provided the best AC solution for my home. From the site visit with Shane to the installation by Samir, the service and delivery were 10/10. The install was clean, quick, and extremely thorough.

I would highly recommend Cool365, I recently had AC installed in my property and I must say I was very impressed with the result the engineer Tyler was very polite and informative throughout the entire install, highly recommended this company for anyone who is thinking of getting air con in their home

We used Cool365 for the first time to purchase and install an air conditioner and were very pleased with the entire process. The ordering was quite smooth after being quoted an excellent price, delivery set up easily and then the installation by Tyler and Charlie was a breeze. The guys are very polite, punctual, neat and know their business well. We would highly recommend this company.

Very professional. The survey was expertly carried out and all my questions answered. I was provided with all necessary evidence of competence and insurance. The installation was carried out on the four days promised. The installers protected the property while working and left it clean and tidy after each day's work. They tested the system and showed me that it was working properly. I have not used the air conditioning as the weather is still cool. I look forward to finding out whether it will do all they promised.
