Excellent service. One of the kitchen sockets was sparking and I was not sure if there was anything wrong. Gareth arrived quickly checked and tightened up a loose socket. As the work was for my 90 year old mother, who said he was a very nice man, he did not charge and his kindness was greatly appreciated. If he does any future work for my mother I will insist on paying him.

Gareth and his team recently fitted a battery inverter to our coffee horsebox, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I was given several battery options to choose from, which really helped us find something that worked within our budget. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and while Gareth gave us a conservative estimate of how the batteries would perform, they actually far exceeded our expectations on our very first day of trading. Top-class work and excellent service.

Had a new consumer unit fitted as my old one was outdated and needed upgrading, the guys at core 7 came well I was at work completed the job, massive improvement moved location as requested, no mess to clean up and all old parts taken away, perfect job will be definitely be using again.

Absolutely amazing service. My Hypervolt car charger broke down and as it is under warranty, they helped organise a replacement charger and fitted new charger free of charge. Definitely recommend.

After two years of deliberating over solar and getting quotes from almost every company out there, not to mention dealing with a fair share of pushy, cowboy-style salesmen, meeting Gareth at Core7 was a breath of fresh air. I must have changed my mind about what I wanted at least half a dozen times. Gareth was incredibly patient throughout, providing multiple quotes along with detailed technical sheets each time. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable with whatever decision I made.

Once I finally made my choice, I was booked in for installation in four weeks, allowing time for the DNO approval. A week before the installation, the scaffolding was erected, and all materials were delivered promptly.

During the installation week, the team arrived bright and early every day. They were polite, professional, and kept everything tidy. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was discreet, with cables hidden wherever possible. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything installed to the exact millimetre to ensure perfect symmetry for the best possible aesthetic.

All in all, I can't thank Core7 enough for the solar and battery installation. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Superb company

We have used Core 7 several times and have always been impressed with their professional service. Very respectful, reliable and excellent communication re dates and times etc.

We required an EV charger and had already decided on a Myenergi Zappi due to already having a solar and home battery setup.

I knew where I wanted the charger and I also knew how I wanted the cables run so they would not be visible. I also knew that my existing consumer unit was full and to top it off the electric meter cupboard was full from the solar.
The obvious solution was to upgrade the existing consumer unit which also identified several horrors when removed.
Core7 did a a fantastic job, tidy, quick and great communications through out. The best part is that i now have a charger installed with no visible cables and an extremely tidy consumer unit with plenty of spare ways for future projects.

Great EV charger installation from start to finish

Having contacted various national online installers and the pain of WhatsApp video calls to get quotes etc I stumbled on Core7
Gareth came straight out to quote in person, gave various options and advised best for my brief, came back with competitive and fair quote, much more detailed than the national installers who give too many if buts and maybes as they haven’t physically seen the job!
Core7 very patient as I awaited delivery of car, once date given for car delivery they were able to come out within a couple of weeks and install.
The installer was great, very helpful about how the charger works etc.. no mess, tidied up. Set up the technology side of it and explained it all with a test charge. Also ran through all the things he’d installed into fuse box etc..

The replacement of my domestic fuse box with a distribution box was well executed. Both electricians attending were open and friendly. I was given a clear explanation of the work being undertaken and the house was left in a clean and tidy state after the testing had been completed.
