Corsetdeal has very high quality corsets that are beautiful. I will buy my corsets from no one else.

They only sent it once I emailed them about it. Then I get an email saying I have to pay tax on the item as it is coming from India, they never mentioned this when buying. Just a hassle and I haven't even got my item yet, wouldn't reccomend, there are better places to shop. I know delieveries are delayed at the moment which is expected but they said it would take 3-5 days for my order to get to me and its been a lot longer than that.

At 1st I was hesitant to buy because of all the bad reviews, I went ahead and bought 3 it was buy 1 get 2 free, I received them and they were beautiful just like the picture extremely well made material, they make me have such a cute figure and am a tall not heavy but not skinny woman, they run a little small but you can open them in the back and make them perfectly your size also ck the chart, measure yourself and than choose size but other than that I loooove them! I will buy from this site again!

Excellent!! I've ordered 5 corsets from this company and they are really awesome, great quality and perfect fit, you just have to take your measurements and order your right size, they are so well done and ship quickly. I highly recommend Corset Deal

I placed 2 orders with corset deal in February of 2019, totaling over $200. Many of the pieces were shipped to me damaged. I emailed them requesting a refund. They told me to send pictures. Weeks later after no response, the company tells me they never received the pictures. So, I re-send pictures. Didn't matter, they still refused to give me a refund and still never acknowledged the pictures even though I know they received them. Each time I asked to speak to a supervisor or have someone call me. I was completely ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS !! There are many negative reviews on the internet and many cases that have been reported in the Better Business Bureau. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

My review concerns the returns process rather than the products themselves which, if they fit, are good value.

I ordered four items on a FINALSALE deal and having seen them in the flesh, I decided I didn't want any of them so returned them. I got an RMA number from their logistics provider as the returns paperwork directed and sent my items back. I haven't had a refund and on contacting their, so called, customer service department I have been told I can't have one because they were final sale items.

This approach is in direct contravention of the rules around distance and online selling - it is unlawful - but they have so far been unmoved. My next stop is trading standards followed by the small claims court. They have my money and the items unlawfully.

The corset is ok. It isn’t poorly made but it isn’t great either. The sizing is a gamble.
While the website is called CorsetdealUK, corsets are shipped from India which take a long time to arrive. Once it arrives, pray it is the right size because the return is a hassle and they will refuse to give you your money back unless you return all your products which is mentioned nowhere in the return process (and you have to pay a fortune in posting the return package too, fun!). Also you will have to chase their customer service to get told you can’t have a refund. Save yourself the hassle and go to another shop where they will actually refund you for returns.

The received product had pretty bad sizing, tried to return it only to wait several weeks before only 50% of my money was refunded. During those weeks, had to go through several emails to actually receive the refund, do not recommend.

If you are ordering from the uk this company is so good. They keep you updated on where your package is, they dont do it as much themselves but they deliver it with the Royal Mail and they keep you updated well. I have heard this company is not good when ordering from the USA so I don’t recommend it if you are there but when you order it from the uk it comes in the suggested time (mine came within 6 days including the weekend).

I ordered a corset. Was very happy about the quality, but it was 1 size too big. So I printed the exchange form and sent it back, to have it exchanged for 1 a size smaller. The costs to mail it back were on me. Now I only got a partial refund (they're also not refunding the shipping costs), and I have to order the new one myself. Then what is the use of an exchange form, where you have to let them know which one you want next? The corsets are good, but if anything is wrong, it is going to be expensive.

Edit (since I can't reply): Because I had to pay for the return shipping myself, I did not save any money on this. If I hadn't been lucky enough to get that much higher discount, I would have lost money on this.

The terms of service offered by this company are in direct breach of the consumer contract regulations (2013) which state the flat rate of postage paid must be included within the refund.

The site's policies state "Original postage will not be included in the refund"

Citizen's advice have been informed, as have trading standards. Do not trust any site that ignores its legal responsibilities to the customer.

In response to the reply received: The article posted contains no mention of postage. However, the Which? advice about returning items purchased online states: While you have to pay to return the goods, the retailer has to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place. If you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, it only has to refund the basic cost.

Unfortunately I cannot link in reviews, but using a search term such as which? online postage should get you to the correct page.

I paid a standard delivery charge of £5 which was not included in my refund. By law, it should have been.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot prior to ordering from this shockingly bad company. I needed an outfit quickly for a major work event. I had a quick look at their reviews and as I was in a hurry I didn't look any further. Their reviews are of course glowing but it couldn't be further from the truth. Customer service is as stated in the other reviews you see here, please do not use them. I am about to put a stop on my payment on my credit card as they have not responded to me since I asked for a refund....surprisingly...They should be ashamed of themselves.

No customer service .. all via email which means they pick and choose who and how they deal with issues

Do not use corsetdeal. No customer service. No delivery.

My girlfriend ordered two corsets for an event and paid extra for express delivery (3-4 business days) in order to ensure they arrived before the event. The tracking showed the corsets were in Delhi and had not been picked up even after 5 business days.

No response to online chat, email, Facebook or Twitter. No phone number to contact them either. Very poor service all round.
