Every time I go to Mel it feels like reconnecting back to a community. Not only does she do my eyelashes so well she allows me to feel comfortable and special. When I book with Mel I know I will be pampered, encouraged, feel and look good by the end.

I rated my experience as 5 star because that was how the service I received at Cosmaethetics made me feel. This was my first visit and now I am already converted to be a loyal costomer. The consultation was intelligent and I knew then that I had come across a rare gem in this industry. I couln't rate the lash application or the experience more highly. I would reccomend Mel to anyone seeking a professional lash service.

Couldn't be more pleased! I've been coming to Cosmaethetics for over 4 years now, mainly for lash extensions among other things. Mel is really friendly and accomodating for any of my requests, and has even given my daughter a pretend treatment when she joined us for one appointment (she loved it). Highly recommend

I went to Mel about a year ago when visiting London. What she did for me was practically a miracle. Not only did I have amazing thick brows but a boost in confidence. When I returned to the USA all my colleagues were stunned as to how beautiful my brows looked. They lasted almost 8 months. I first Consulted Mel after a terrible experience with the way in which a beautician seemed to tar my eyebrows in place. These tatoos had to be removed via machinery. After my skin had been healed from the abrasive effects of mistreatment, Mel has been so thoughtful when managing the way in which I wish the shape and colour of my eyebrows to look. Mel has gone out of her way to source colours and has identified the best method to ensure of permanency. Thank you Mel, you are truly a Wonder Woman 🌸

Mel has been doing my lashes for several year now. She has always made me feel extremely comfortable while giving me the exact finish prefer. I wouldn’t use any other lash tec, so highly recommend her to others.

Can’t recommend Mel at Cosmaethetics enough!! I’m not a typical “girly girl” and have always been conscious of my patchy eyebrows (over plucked in the 90’s and they never came back!) Mel was so reassuring and friendly from the very start with the consultation and handled my never ending panic and questions through the whole treatment! I am absolutely thrilled with the natural result and feel every concern and request was taken seriously and executed to perfection! I will be recommending Mel and her service to all and definitely wouldn’t be found anywhere else now! 10/10 service and 10/10 results!

Regularly go to cosmetics for my eyelashes and eyebrows. Would those anyone else, not only does she provide an amazing service, she also bring such great energy. Kind caring and funny as well as a super comfy atmosphere.
