My parents got full windows and door replacement by costello windows. The fitters were the highlight they were very clean and tidy and no paintwork touch up needed after them. Great job

Recently had our windows fitted, they have had such a different to the house both asthetically and for our comfort. Very straight forward to deal with. John was helpful when we were deciding what style and colour to pick. Jerry and Jack were very competent and fitted the windows very efficiently.
Looking forward to getting our new doors soon.

I had James install a new front door for me and couldn’t be happier with the service.
He arrived on time, got straight to work and was professional throughout. The job was done neatly, with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was properly fitted and secure before leaving. The finish looks excellent and the door feels solid. I highly recommend Costello Windows.

We had an awful time dealing with this company. Our first call was with Brenda who was great to deal with always answered emails and any queries we had quickly which was very reassuring as we were getting both front and back windows and doors replaced. Our next dealing was with the guy they sent to take final measurements (can't remember his name) also great and very straight forward. Order placed at the start of September, fitting began the start of January, it all went down hill from here.
First fitter arrived (3days work in total) left job unfinished, extremely untidy and fitted windows and doors that should not have been fitted in the first place.
We then spent 4 months going back and forth with this company (an absolute joke) no one could give a straight answer , constantly been given dates of work to be rectified and when the date came close plans would change AGAIN!
We finally met Jerry and Jack (the final fitters sent to rectify the work) these boys were here 5 days in total and were absolutely fantastic to deal with and sorted all they could for us, big thanks to Jerry and Jack thank you so much, this company could learn a few things from ye

From first phone call from breda ,she was very professional and friendly and James was very professional and clean tidy fitting stable door . the amount of touch up to paintwork afterwards so minimal you would not believe door was replaced. I would recommend company 100% for quality workmanship and product quality.

Delighted with my new front door. Ordering online was very easy. Great value for money and James did a great job fitting the door and cleaning up afterwards.
Highly recommend

Positive experience of quality French door and casement window product and fitting. They installed my cat flap into the door also. There was about a week delay in manufacture but I felt convinced they did their best to get the products made and fitted as soon as they were able. Fitters were delayed to site but did the job very well and were very pleasant, communicative and tidy.
I would recommend Costello Window - probably good to order at least 8 weeks in advance at present time (2026) due to increased demands caused by new SEAI grant announcements.

Fabio the installer was great to deal with, very friendly and professional! Brendan was so helpful with booking etc and John was fab when he came to price up. We were told a lead time of ten weeks but it was done within 5 weeks so super quick and professional to deal with.

From initial consultation to installation, we found Costellos so professional and helpful and competitive also.
In relation to installation, it only took 2 days to fully fit our bungalow. The 2 staff worked so hard and were very careful in taking out our old windows and fitting new windows causing no damage to floor or window tiles. Each room was cleaned up as best as possible afterwards which was appreciated.

We are delighted with the service we received from Costello Windows. Eddie and Gerry were a pleasure to deal with. The two fitters- Fabio and Co- were wonderfully efficient and very tidy workers and the windows themselves matched perfectly with our existing ones. Brendan in the office was very helpful when it came to filling out the SEAI form. Our sincere thanks to everybody concerned.

Ordered a front door & patio door on 18 March and both were fitted on on 28 April - excellent service. I’m extremely happy with both doors. Many thanks to the two guys that did the fitting - they were very professional and left everything spotless. This is my third time using Costello Windows to fit doors, windows and a conservatory and would highly recommend this company for their excellent quality of work.

Got my front door replaced with Costello
Windows excellent service from ordering
With Breda , Delighted with the door , lovely quality , quick installation very professional

I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality provided by Hybrid Costello Windows. They recently replaced four windows and a patio door in my home, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to Gerry and Jack, who handled the installation. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to ensure everything was perfectly fitted and sealed. It’s rare to find a team that is not only highly skilled but also incredibly respectful of your home—they left the workspace spotless once the job was done.
The difference in both the look and the insulation of the house is already noticeable. The windows and patio door are high-quality, sturdy, and look fantastic. If you’re looking for a reliable, expert team for your home improvements, I cannot recommend Hybrid Costello Windows enough.
Highly recommended!

Very happy with the quality of my new windows and door from Costello Windows. Great service from start to finish. The fitters also did an excellent job from installation to the cleaning up after. Would highly recommend 👍

Very good experience with Costello windows fitter’s were helpful and very clean i would highly recommend them thanks again to Gerry and Jack

We got 2 great workers to do our job and they were first class at their job

Great service offered by Costelloe Windows. Got 5 new windows fully fitted within a day and a half. Had great dealings with Hayden in sales and Justin in the showroom. Jerry and Jack who fitted the windows were super and very informative on the operations and care of the windows. Would recommend Costelloe windows

For me the success of installation of six windows in my terraced home was of major importance and I view that overall success lies between the interactions of many facets of the company.
I visited the showroom in Glin Co Limerick which built confidence in the ability of Costello to deliver quality in product and service. Next step was my contact with Breeda which firmed up that confidence due to her high level of professionalism throughout this venture from beginning to end . . Her excellent communication skills, straight talking, honesty and obliging nature all built great confidence and trust between this consumer and vendor. In follow up windows were accurately measured by Derek. The next stage brought me to the office of the manager which unfortunately for me was both unmanageable & unprofessional and rattled all the confidence and trust I had built up over the months previous. I now was in absolute fear of what the outcome may be in the short and long term which grew when I started to read a mixed bag of reviews on line.
Pedro and his dad arrived to install my windows and delivered a full service that was highly skilled from start to finish. They were respectful of me and my property moving through my home with care cleaning up every last bit of dust & debris. Tiled finishes around windows remained fully intact and unmarked following their removal of windows as was also the outside surround of the windows. Their attention to detail in the installation of new windows had to be seen to be believed , meticulous and excellent in all areas. They had no issue with me asking questions, sticking my nose in checking and re rechecking and offering a helping hand. They needed to return on day 2 to finish which was delayed due to traffic blockades and fuel shortages, Pedro text me and kept me updated over that time. Google translate was of great assistance to us both. If this team of Pedro and his dad are allocated to you the customer to install new windows at your home be assured of them doing their best to secure the result you had hoped for.
For me as your customer to you the management section at Costello windows I say communication , listening , honesty , taking responsibility and ability to apologise all would go a long way to marking this venture up to a 10 out of 10 experience for all future customers coming your way

I recently had Costello Windows replace my front door and install a brand-new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Both the front door and the garage door look fantastic. You can tell they take pride in the installation—everything is perfectly aligned and operates smoothly.
Once the job was finished, the team did a thorough sweep. They left my property spotless, taking all the old materials and debris with them.
It was a really great job from start to finish. If you’re looking for professionalism, reliability, and high-quality installs, Costello Windows is the way to go!
