What a refreshing change to experience customer service that is effective in terms of the company policies which support my requests, and also competent in the delightful and intelligent service I received from Jenny.
Our order has not arrive yet, but so far I have been very impressed with The Cotswold Company, thank you.

Excellent delivery by Cotswold's own team. Ryan and Bernard were so pleasant and helpful. Arrived on time, assembled the extending table, removed all packaging and demonstrated how it worked. Polite and friendly. 10 out of 10.

What a place this is !! From the moment you walk in to find so many rooms in situ , as you walk through everything is stunning . Do not take your Wife/ partner as you cannot resist to buy!!
Joanne was so helpful and gave us some great advice on colour matching and new products . We have placed some new orders and we are just measuring up at home to go back to buy some new Lounge furniture !!

My furniture has arrived , delivered by Bernard & Kanwarpal two delightful young men who assembled everything, very polite and soo helpful. Can’t praise the service enough. Would highly recommend.

From initial email enquiry about in-store stock, which was replied to speedily to our in-store experience with Brian.
Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He knew when to discreetly step away to leave us to think about our purchase, but let us know where to find him if we needed anything.

Lovely to see the furniture, rather than just on line as it helps with deciding what will look right in the home setting. The gentleman who attended to placing our order was extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience easier for us.

Sylvia and her colleagues offered me the highest level of customer care and service, going above and beyond to ensure I had as much information as possible before I made my decision. The store didn't have the item in their showroom, so sylvia contacted a colleague on her day off for additional
advice as she'd recently bought one herself.
The delivery guys Jermaine and Mus were fantastic: 5*service - prompt delivery time (3days from placing my order) and the guys were punctual,professional and exceptinally helpful, ensuring I was completely happy with my purchase, before taking away all the boxes and rubbish etc.
A great experience and the furniture is excellent quality and looks amazing my new kitchen. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend. Thank you to you all!
