I rated 4 because the person on the phone wasn’t as knowledgeable then in the past. Typically the person I chat with is very knowledgeable. This time I had to review the various ResMed mask accessories. Where there were duplicate item numbers for the same items. Sales are final so ordering the correct items is a must

These folks always treat me right. They have stock when I need it, ship really fast and communicate like your great Aunt at Thanksgiving. Sure you can buy other places but why would you. Price, delivery and customer service. The perfect tri-fecta!
