I was happy with my purchase until I…
I was happy with my purchase until I opened the edible cake lace frill which was supposed to be 350mm in length which is over 13"". Well the diameter of my round cake is 8" and when I opened it to put it around it only went half way and I had to adapt by cutting some ribbon and pinning it into the lace on both sides on order to tie a big bow to cover where there was no lace so extremely disappointed that the lace wasn't as described which is why only 3 stars.

Antwort von The Craft Company
Hi Alison,
Thank you for taking the time to leave the review regarding our cake lace.
While the cake lace does come in 350mm (13.7in) the distance (circumference) around an 8in (diameter) cake is just over 25in.
By making us aware of this our web management and eCommerce teams are updating the website to hopefully resolve any confusion regarding what the cake lace will ultimately cover.
I'm sure your cake, with all of the added special touches, made for a phenomenal experience to witness.
Thank you,
Craft Co

The ordering off the site great
The ordering off the site great. Paid for delivery still haven’t received my delivery. Fed said sent an email sorry we’ve missed then go to rearrange a delivery to them saying it’s been delivered. I have cameras and he’s puts the box back in his van . I’ve emailed them and no one’s got back to me
