Craig Atkinson's Removals were exemplary from start to finish, we specifically had Steve and Mark and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to handle our move.

Communication from the very first contact was perfect. We knew exactly what to expect and when, and that made a stressful process feel manageable before the day had even arrived. On the day itself, despite having to drive a few hours round trip on a busy M62 on a Friday, they turned up ready to go without missing a beat. That kind of commitment, before a single box was even lifted, tells you a lot about a company.

Moving day can be one of the most stressful days going, but Steve and Mark's humour kept things light throughout. They had everything loaded within two hours, working quickly but never carelessly, and every item was properly protected along the way. All day they were speedy and caring in equal measure, which isn't always an easy balance to strike when you're on a tight schedule.

The standout moment came after the move, though. We thought we'd lost something in the chaos of unpacking, only to find it had been neatly packed away in a box by them all along. What really impressed us was that they rang us on their day off, unprompted, just to check we'd found it. That's not something you get from most removal companies, and it says everything about the pride they take in their work and the people behind it.

I cannot recommend Mark and Ste highly enough. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and immediately put us at ease on what was always going to be a stressful moving day.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. No matter what challenge came up, they approached it with a positive attitude and a calm, reassuring manner. Their experience really showed throughout the entire move, and they worked incredibly hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible.

What impressed me most was the care and attention they gave to our belongings and property. Every item was handled with care, and they were extremely mindful of both the house we were moving out of and the one we were moving into. Special mention has to go to their efforts with my husbands prized vinyl records and Benjamin, my much-loved 7-foot plant! Moving something as large and awkward as Benjamin could have easily become a problem, but they treated it with the same care and consideration as everything else and made sure it arrived safely.
Perhaps most importantly, Mark and Ste helped keep everyone calm throughout the day. Moving house is stressful at the best of times, but their friendly approach, sense of humour, and steady professionalism made a huge difference. They took the pressure off and gave us confidence that everything was under control.

Turned up on time, really friendly, packing was fantastic, move was done efficiently and flawless service throughout. Absolutely excellent in every way and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service from Craig and his whole team!! Would highly recommend using them. Craig did our quote and tailored it to what we needed - we took the postponement waiver which we really needed as our date got moved a couple of times! On the day Steve and Matt were amazing!! What was a stressful and emotional day for us was made so much easier by them as nothing was too much trouble. Moving from Lancashire to Scotland was difficult in itself, combined with the awful heat but they took it in their stride and worked so hard all day! They were jolly and friendly which made the day a pleasure rather than a chore.

Craig Atkinson removals moved my elderly mum on Tuesday this week. She was worried about the move but the team made this completely stress-free. The lads were professional but friendly and worked really hard. They added a couple of small bits that mum had forgotten to put on the inventory and couldn't have been nicer. The whole process from initial inquiry, ongoing contact, right up to the end of the moving process was streamlined, efficient and professional but with a really relaxed friendly vibe. Excellent from start to finish. The terms are clear, and the 24/7 WhatsApp communication was very handy for the few specific questions I had when moving day approached. We were also supplied with a good number of high quality boxes and tape delivered to our house.
On the moving day itself the team of Mark, Corey and Baz were faultless. Our furniture and possessions were carefully, efficiently and methodically loaded into the vans, and taken to the right rooms at our new home. The wardrobe crates were extremely useful, and the bed being dismantled and reassembled was a lovely touch.
What is inevitably a stressful day with agents and solicitors was made far less stressful via the team's professionalism, friendliness, patience and good humour.
