It’s done well and arrived in great condition! She loves it. However, I used a different site for my other daughters due to font choice and for the same price hers has a remote and dimming/flashing option. This one you need to unplug to turn off which is annoying bc the outlet is behind the desk.

I order a sign for my small restaurant
I order a sign for my small restaurant, when I put it up half of it wouldn’t light up. A guest that is an electrician checked it for me, he said that the wires are crossed and it will not light up. Sent the images to crazy neon with what the electrician said. They said to make a video?!!!! I don’t just have electricians laying around to make videos for them. They will not answer me or give a solution I paid $700 dollars for a sign that doesn’t work 😢😭😭😭. I

Hello Ana, we are extremely sorry for the experience. We have looked into the conversation you had with our customer support team and based on the conversation at that time we had provided you with a new power supply for the sign. But still you shared that there is an issue and post that we requested you to provide us a video for how you have set up the new power supply. We had to request this from you as we are not physically present there and by seeing a video, we may be able to guide you on how to resolve the issue or if we think it is not something that can be managed at customers end, we provide an optimal solution to the customer which may be sending a new sign altogether. But for that we need support from the customer by way of sharing a video of the sign. We will again request you to please help us by sharing a video covering the plugged in power supply leading to the sign, to provide you with an optimal solution. Granddaughters favorite all-time Christmas present!
I was so impressed with everything about this order! It arrived very quickly and was even bigger and better than I imagined. My granddaughter absolutely loved it! Trying to think of something else that we need a Neon sign for because it is so awesome! Good Job Crazy Neon!

Very disappointed
I was very excited about my neon sign purchase, but it didn’t come with any mounting equipment and was not up to the quality I was expecting for such an expensive purchase. I’ve purchased neon signs from other places and have never been this disappointed. I’m still waiting for customer service to make it right 😔

It was so easy to process my custom neon sign order. The item shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The carrier delivered my item to my door and was securely packaged. I tested my product immediately, and it was exactly what I had ordered. I recommend getting the remote feature; it's so cool to manage the brightness from the other side of the room. I also noticed that they illuminate the sign with LED strip lights, making it safer indoors and won't absorb so much current. I haven't mounted mine yet because I need to create the background, but I can't wait! It's going to be fire. Also thanks for the discount!
