We ordered a creasing wheel and a pair of bosses from these Guys, they have been around for years and I helped Graham Harris (The original Director) with his marketing when they first started up all those years ago. It seems now the company has gone downhill, the Son of Graham has taken over and he has a massive chip on his shoulder. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company as the new director is nothing but rude and jumped up. They sent us a damaged product and the new Director is now trying to blame us for the damage. (However, we have full CCTV evidence from the point it was delivered right up to the time it was fitted to the machine for testing). So It looks like we will be taking this company to court over this, I'll make sure this goes on every other review platform too, it's disgusting how you think you can deal with customers and others who need to know. I've also got a database of every printer in the UK, I'll be attaching the telephone conversation we had with the new director in an email to all 47,000 printers, I'm sure this will stop them from making the same mistake we did.
