One thing you could do is include with the particle product ie lampholder a note saying there is no need to connect a earth even if one is in the lampholder for novices like me, when I am converting a old fire extinguisher into a lamp. Perfect for vintage phone work. I'm faking electricity, but nice to see the cable meets modern standards and I could run electrons through if I wanted.

Overall I'm quite happy with the product and the time it took to get here but it was a shame that the P and H cost more then the product itself.

This company has a fantastic range of products BUT they are very difficult to communicate with. You cant phone them because the number just goes to a recorderd message
the only way is to email them but it always takes days for them to reply
It took over a week for them to ship out my last order and even then it was incomplete
i hate dealing with online companies that wont answer a phone call - when are they going to realise that people want to be able to talk to people not just send emails

I'm always happy with the quality of cable you provide. I make table lamps with the cord sometimes being quite an important design feature and its important for it to fall naturally without the rigidity of some cheaper options. No kinks or curves I don't need.
