Creative Cables AU  Bewertungen

I have bought material to build my own pendant light. The idea is good but quality of products is quite cheap so result is not very net.

I have used creative cables a few times now and have always found their products to be exactly what I wanted and the service is easy and efficient. And when I needed something in a hurry because of an error I made, it was no trouble for the team to send the new parts across the country in super fast courier. Highly recommend CC. Ana

Received exactly what was shown and expected within a couple of days (interstate). Total price including standard postage was quite reasonable. Good quality and very efficient.

I love the cotton twisted cable I got. It is very hard to find natural fibres on these kinds of products these days, so very grateful. My only concern was better attention to addressing customer questions when a query is sent. Otherwise very happy.

Had the product I needed (a range that it is), easy transaction, easy pick-up (in Brisbane). Good youtube video instruction.

I have received items quickly which was great. One of the ceiling plates did not work properly so my electricians had to buy new bolt pieces. The company would benefit from having a phone to call. I tried to trouble shoot this issue with the ceiling plate not working and call but there was no phone to call.

Quality of the products is not good. Once every two times the switch doesn’t work properly

Fast and efficient service and shipping. Excellent quality.

Good item, not easily found, fast service.

The decentralized for our pendant light is fixing our issue of location having changed lights in an apartment

To be able to speak with someone over the phone in relation to orders would be beneficial from a customer perspective.

Comprehensive range of designer electrical cables on your website and I was able to find just what I needed for an authentic lighting rewire. Very prompt delivery with message updates re progress.

Great service and assistance, fast delivery. Happy with overall experience and product! Thank you

A prompt response to my order, and ditto for dispatch.
The parcel arrived safe and well packed.

In general very happy with whole ordering process and end product. Not too many suppliers offer so much choice

The product arrived as described... but I ordered it from a local site to reduce road miles.... I don't know what went wrong but it took a couple of weeks to arrive from a couple of km away!
