Me and my wife visited the crown decorating centre windmill trading estate Luton and we were served by Eamon. From start to finish aiming was a pleasure to deal with he was honest professional and very helpful. He recommended we take a tester because the light in our house can be different. he was 100% correct. We went back to the store today and ordered 10 L of pint which we had mixed. It was proper old-fashioned service just how things should be. It was a pleasure to deal with Eamon and the crown decorating centre I will use you guys again.

Excellent order process, great website with all the information you need and with only a slight hiccup, really great communication from the local Crown store to resolve this with speedy delivery.

Orpington branch looked understaffed as there was only one person in store while 3 of us were being served, so had to wait a while. Otherwise, decent service from a competent chap.

Always get great service from the Sunderland branch. Simon the manager who I spoke with helped me with which would be the best products for what I wanted. Very happy with the results!

Bought wallpaper x3 for nearly £130, was advised by Dereham staff id'd need 3 rolls, only needed 2 so took the 3rd back with receipt, refused to accept unused return as they had had to order it in... was NOT told of this important piece of info at the time of purchase.. will not be using store again.. several more rooms to re-decorate but will use someone else.

Update:
following an email recd call from Branch Manager Tim who was very professional, he advised the returns policy was to be found instore in their T@C's , I told him I thought this was quite underhand and who would read such an item when buying wallpaper, and that customers should be told prior to purchase, the situation has now been rectified and I thank him for his courtesy.
