Cheap windows, not even 11 years after installation & the seals have started to fail. When asked about replacement, was told that they charge £130 to measure the window size ( one window only) & another £130 to install without the cost of window! When I asked why as they made & installed the windows, they claimed they threw away my details as my warranty had just ran out.
My brother also had his entire house done in my recommendation & I did not receive the reward they claim to offer on recommendation’s.
I’ve already got a far better quote with no charge for measurements.
Total rip off avoid this company like a virus.

We have used Crystal windows in our last two houses. No issues with the sales process or fitting each time. What really dazzles is the after sales service. I had a few issues with doors as they dropped and it was so easy to call and organise a fitter to call and adjust.
Appreciated.

We had our drive-in redone. We were looking for a permanent free wee solution and we were promised that the one suggested by them was for a peace of mind solution. After 4 months weeds was back.
Customer service was useless.
AVOID!!

Avoid this company Crystal windows and Doors in Romford, a salesman high pressure sold to my 79 year old mother. The salesman even talked her into a front door of the type she did not want. Luckily my mother was so confused by the time the salesman had finished she filled the cheque in wrongly, I took over, cancelled the surveyor coming and cancelled the cheque. The surveyor still arrived claiming 'he was the one that could sort everything out' he was sent away. The salesman repeatedly lied and when I made it clear we were not interested in him or his company, they still called my mother twice after to try and persuade her. Its a disgusting way to behave, I would seriously recommend going nowhere near this company, if it's underhand/immoral sales tactics are like it's work then it's going to be a complete waste of money and a horrifying experience.

Very poor quality! We have a window that was defective from day one. They would never do anything about it. We had to buy a new window from Hone Depot. Crap product with horrible customer service. Stay away.

Poor quality products - the rubber seal on my aluminium door split within weeks. Absolutely zero after sales - they don’t care or want to respond. Avoid these people - there are so so many better companies out there than this one - which actually deserves to go bust

Although our windows are beautiful, there were several damages made to our property which, 2 months later, have not been rectified. Plants pots smashed, rubbish strewn over garden, an entire piece of corrugated roofing was trashed and we have been told it may not be replaced. Spillages on our carpet, and parts of the windows we ordered and paid for have still not been fitted despite a second visit! Plus our house smelt of cigarette smoke which took a week to get rid of, and a lighter was left on our table to be found by my young child. No compensation, just staff who cannot wait to get off the phone!

So disappointing, and based on previous experiences that has us as firm loyal customers, this time we would say: BUYER BEWARE!

Pushy and pressured sale reps, wanted him to leave my house as he made me feel so uncomfortable. Took 50minute to give me a quote then got aggressive when I refused to take his offer then and there. Avoid at all cost not worth it.

I had French Doors installed last October. I didn't put a review up at the time, as was busy with health issues in my family. The sales rep was very nice and accommodating and the fitters were really good with the installation side. However, the service dept was/is horrendous. If I had known, I would not have gone ahead. The fitters had to remove 2 radiators at the time, but they wasn't capped off correctly, hence a leak appeared. I called out a plumber, not knowing, where the leak was coming from at the time. I contacted the service dept to explain what had happened and also to remind them that my awning had been dropped by the fitters at the time of installation. Their response was appalling. My fault, I should not have paid so promptly. lesson learnt..... It took several phone calls and emails before they finally agreed to pay the £400 plumber bill but it would be a final settlement figure. The awning was never mentioned in their communication. Again my fault, because of home illness issues going on at the time, I didn't pursue. My experience with the service section of the company, which in my opinion is the valuable side of the business as you are guaranteed, is so far not pleasant. They have your money and are simply not interested. :( Be careful guys

I am very unpleased with the quality, also the customer service is terrible. We only had the windows delivered 5 days ago had so many issues with the windows, 1 window was too big, another window is not closing properly, the bathroom window handle is linking the opposite way. Called the main office to report the mistakes they did on Thursday and it took then 5 days to deal with my case while i did not have the living room window and my house was not secure. I had to pay a different company to do the fitting and because of the parts missing and the window was 10 cm each side bigger, the fitters could not set it. I did request compensation. Cristal windows are not treating my problem serious. I will never recommend them and REALLY REALLY REGRET than i have my windows done with them! POOR !!!!

Extremely poor service, the window I ordered had scratches on the glass which took a couple of weeks to get a replacement they expected me to pay for the fitting of the replacement and the window has a cheap feel and look about it .no customer service at all ...AVOID.

Ordered via Screwfix which advertised 15 work day delivery. It took 6 weeks for 1 window to come through and then it was all scratched. Via Screwfix I asked to return it and get a refund. This has dragged on for weeks. Looking at the window it looks very platic and toyish

I received a quote for circa £14k for 9 sliding sash windows, a front door with a glass panel above and a glass panel to the side. This included external georgian bars and wood grain finish.

I got comparative prices elsewhere that were significantly cheaper and so I reengaged Crystal Windows to see if we can negotiate the price down to be more competitive. I was willing to pay a premium to a larger company but had a percentage figure in mind as to what the premium would be.

Crystal Windows did bring the price down by about 20% to £11.3k. This was further negotiated to £10600 after I said I wanted to drop the side window for the door. I was ready to agree to it. However, I then realised that the way they had done this was to remove the wood grain finish (against my requirements) and they had quoted me for the smooth windows instead. So basically no discount. In principle this felt like giving me a 20% discount and giving me 20% fewer windows for it.

To think I was ready to agree with it before realising it.

My experience with Crystal Windows was perfect . The sales consultant Elliot was very good at his job. He was professional , friendly listened to what I required and gave me the best deal possible for my budget . I had a new door fitted and the entire process went smoothly.
I definitely recommend Crystal Windows and the expertise of their sales consultant Elliot .

5 Months ago My conservatory was broken so i called crystal Window to make a new one.They came and gave me the estimate of 12 k and agreed with them. After 3 months water started to come from the floor during heavy rain.I informed them about it and they came to look into the problem.They told me that i need to pay extra to fix the problem. I never had problem with water entering with the old conservatory.They had survey the area before putting the conservatory and should have done something to prevent this from happening.THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTABLE. Please don't go with this company

Awful service. I booked the installation of three windows with a month in advance, and they rang me on the day of the installation telling me the labour decided not to show up.
I am self employed so couldn't afford to take a day off to get the windows installed.
