Crystal Clear have been a great company to alige with. The team are always very knowledgeable and the service we receive is very professional. They will always look into ways to make something happen and help where possible from VOP lines, internet provision, including hardware and software plus installation and training.

WE have been with CCT for about 3 years now for both land line and mobile and must say they are great. Everything works which i would expect.
The thing that makes them stand out is their customer care its outstanding. Tony "has a nothing is to much trouble" attitude this is so refreshing to hear.
Mike in technical support is amazing, if we have a problem a quick call and he either does it remotely or comes out quickly.
Overall i would recommend them 100%

Excellent customer service. The new fibre connection was delivered extremely quickly (and is fantastic), the transition was seamless, and the on-site engineer who came to install and configure the new router to match the existing network knew what he was doing, and was great to work with. Top service all round.
