Good product and delivery quick

So glad I came across Crytec Power…
Seen the petrol chainsaw and purchased it, arrived very quickly….. so I highly recommend… but it is a bit less than 22” more like 20, but it cuts trees… perfect..

I collected as i needed one because the old one broke down,easy directions as just off of the main chesterfield to Sheffield road,staff very responsive and eager to help as we asked for an unpacked one and they promptly obliged,great compressor at the time the best price.

First time we have used Crytec and the ordering was very easy and delivery quick.
Bought on impulse as some garden waste was not rotting down properly eg sweetcorn stems.
Have used it for two seasons now and quite impressed with its performance. Doesn't like "wet" vegetation as it sticks and clogs the machine up. Have to clean it regularly hence only 4 stars

I had an issue with a chipper I brought a few years ago and the where very good at providing me the parts to get me sorted. This was until I needed a bearing that was too big for my chipper that was last I got messages from them so got a refund from Paypal as they never responded to my messages. This review was writtern on the prefix of a free reward the has not been received.

Sam solved my delivery issue with the courier, which was NOT the fault of Crytec. He found a solution that worked really well and kept me informed throughout.

I bought a wheelbarrow as I was looking for a good plastic one for light garden duties. It was delivered swiftly, and the wheelbarrow is still holding up well after 2 years. Purchased 3rd July 2023 :)

I had an engine failure on my chipper with a Rato 420cc engine, i contacted the company and they didn't want to know, disappointing from Crytec.

I bought a coolbox initially which proved to be fantastic I also use it as a step on my boat so gets a lot of wear and tear it's still going strong, I was so impressed with the quality I then decided to use crytec to buy a log splitter and once again good quality I've had it almost a year now and still going strong. I do point people in the direction of Crytec Power for quality gear.

From finding the product easily to ordering and delivery was so quick, less than two days. So easy.
Simple to follow instructions to put chainsaw together and only a small tweet on carb to set up.
Will be recommend to my friends and will definitely be ordering more from them. 5 Stars from me:)
