I used to buy here quite a bit but the quality has dropped a lot.
I usually get my all in one bags from them, but lately the seals are ripping during break and shake as they are just too thin.
In my last order of 4 bags, all arrived being wet some of the grain was mushy already.
I contacted them and they said it would be fine....
I chucked the mushy ones out and tried my luck with the two kind of wet ones and both got contaminated with trich. It was definitely the bag, as I inoculated another bag from rootlab with the same LC and syringe (same day) and it turned out to be fine.

Website states 2-3 day shipping. I've been waiting 15 days now without delivery.

Bought a setup from their website and they sent cheaper garbage from ebay. Absolute con artists.

I purchased for the first time from this company - not knowing what to expect. I felt their website said they are working hard to deliver great service.
I made a fair order - about $700 and waited to see how their delivery worked. Well - within Australia their service seems to be pretty neat!! The goods arrived from interstate within the same week. Really well packed and with all instructions. They seem to have partnered with other Aussie companies to provide a great "fullhouse" service.
They respond quickly to online enquiries. So - more orders to go. Let's see how this plays out.
