Clearer instructions, especially in the novice phase of ForEx, would be helpful. I've made several errors (which C4Y fixed for me) - however, I think these occurred due to incomplete or insufficently detailed isntructions (combined with my lack of experience).

Also, most importantly, excellent rates on transactions.

Really happy with the set up, dedicated account manager and ease of use of the website and swiftness of payments. Our business bank was charging £17.50 per EUR transaction as well as much lower fx rates. Highly recommend for EUR payments.
