Unbelievable worst company ever. They charged me delivery fee for the item which I returned that it was bad quality. Do not use them again. Scam completely

Items not delivered. Tracking on evri & curvissa kept updating with 'sorry its delayed its due the next day'. Chat facility is automated AI. When I got to speak to someone at curvissa I was told to wait a few more days despite it being 7 days overdue already. The help & contact us part of curvissa site not working for the last few days so had to ring to cancel & hope for a refund 10 days on from my order. EVRI have let everyone down here. I really hope I'm refunded & for any postage paid too

Statments never seem to change you pay it never goes down .You try to talk to them even though you can not understand them ask to speak to a manager they wont put you through. Well until its sorted im not paying another penny to them

Disappointed! Ordered on the 15th March for delivery on the 18th March. Nothing came I contacted customer services on the 21st March and explained that I hadn't received it. They did a replacement order and put it on next day delivery. Guess what it hasn't arrived. I contacted customer services who told me I had to be patient! And it would arrive but I was right it HASN'T arrived! Very very poor service.

Both items I ordered came quickly, were well packaged and are great quality. I was a little disappointed that the discount code wasn't valid and have no idea why the items were sent separately, that seems like a waste of money

I can’t review my items as I still not got them said delivery would be 12/13 March it’s now 15 March and not had them no update sent about being delayed for delivery

I ordered a lovely belt. It arrived promptly but was too big so I returned it and ordered a smaller version. I was refunded quickly and the new belt is just right. A great addition to my wardrobe.

I ordered a jumper from sea salt and instead, they delivered a pair of size 4 gold kids shoes. All they had to say was that the item was not in stock. Not very nice at all.
