I’ve been ordering from Custom Box Solutions for three years now and they offer competitive volume rates for soap boxes and beyond. I’m sticking with these guys! You can always get someone on the phone.

Fake customer service number. Before ordering, please check if the company is real and if the company is established in the USA.

BUYER BEWARE: Do not deal with this company. They send pictures of how box will look and then deliver complete trash. We're told they were made in USA but shipped from India? Be sure to read the company's fine print, they do not warranty or guarantee their products at all. Do not deal with this company.

HORRIBLE customer service! The rep I was speaking with Mariah who was extremely rude when I asked a question. I didn't even get a chance to search the site in depth. I would NEVER work with this company.

Mark and his team did a great job with our packages and turned them around in short order to meet our deadline. Will use them again soon.

Working with Mairah was wonderful. She was very attentive and patient as we finalized our needs. The execution was done before I could even check-in on the progress of our order. Delivery was also very fast. The finished product was just as we wanted and the quality excellent.

Not Honest. Have services elsewhere for a fourth of the price and I assure you, I gave them all the specs and even 11 photo samples with all aspects of production and design already done. Lousy company! ANd Mariah continued to harass me with emails and bombardment of Chats—and lastly, she sent me a .DAT file for tracing. She also misquoted me at first at a price 50,000 dollars when it should have been less than 1/40th the price. Her Ip address is not USA I assure you.

Let me just start by saying.... I could not be happier with my experience! I wanted to order custom magnetic closure boxes with my company logo and stamped on them. I researched several different companies to see what bids I could get, as well as samples of the actual product. Most other companies wanted a $200 - $450 down payment just to send one TEST BOX of what the actual product would look like. As a small company, this was a big commitment just for a sample.

I shared my concerns with Ron, and without any hesitation, he overnighted me a sample box. Not only was the sample high quality, it was really unique. He worked with me in pricing out many different sizes and quantities, as well as modifying our artwork a few times, and never once got impatient with me.

After placing our order, the boxes arrived a few weeks later and we just love them! So much in fact, that we're pricing out a second box design.

This is the only company we will use! Quality, price point, ship time, and customer service experience is 5 stars across the board.

I had a rush job to do. They exceeded my expectations. Boxes were beautiful and delivered several days before my requested date. Thank you!

CBS has done a great job making my boxes perfect within my very tight deadline. Not only was the printing quality great but the dimensions are absolute as per my requirements.
Mark has been so easy to reach out & converse with on phone & through emails. I had to make a bunch of adjustments and they’ve been very cooperative in making it possible.

There was a printing mistake on a time-sensitive delivery and the staff at Custom Box Solutions was extremely helpful to fix the mistake and ensure that our order was delivered on time. We truly appreciate them going the extra mile. Will certainly use their services again.

I had a customer using blank boxes with a sticker on it and I offered him a custom box at same cost of blank box and sticker. He received his first order today and was beyond thrilled. Said he feels "official". PMS /CMYK colors were perfect and turnaround was exactly as promised. How could I not recommend CBS??

These guys completed a rush order for me and had it shipped in two days. Working with them is easy and enjoyable. I plan on doing business with them for a long time.

Sadly, the box quality is inconsistent. The silver foil had stock wording embossed onto the box! There was a consistent tear in the lower left corner of an 18pt cardstock box, so the size was off. The Sample box insert was on such a low point cardstock. I've submitted photos of each box, slot that ripped etc. I gave them another shot and on my second order Custom Box Solution used different off-colored variant and low point cardstock. However, the biggest loss (1000 Boxes/inserts) was the boxes arrived misspelled on the front cover, upon which they agreed to reprint them at a Premium of over $8 box(!!) with a Lower cardstock point!?! I was so appalled with both quality and service, I could not order again.
