I’ve been with CWCS Hosting for over a year now, and my experience has been excellent from day one. Throughout my time with them, I’ve had absolutely no issues with connectivity or power. Everything has run smoothly, providing the reliability you want when running your own hardware.

A special mention goes to Michael for checking in seeing how things are going and telling me about a few other things what CWCS offer what could help in the future and their communication, professionalism and support have been fantastic.

The data centre technicians have also been brilliant. Whenever I’ve visited the colocation facility to work on my hardware, they’ve been helpful, supportive and happy to offer assistance when needed. Having a team like that available makes a real difference, especially when managing your own equipment.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience. The service has been reliable, the staff have been fantastic, and the infrastructure has performed exactly as you would hope. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable UK colocation services.

Fast, friendly and capable, I have been using them for decades. Things work seamlessly and they are always prompt and courteous if there is an issue. Cost effective too and they don’t try to hustle for more spend. Clean and professional all the way and patient with me too, whenever I get to the edges of my technical abilities.

I received outstanding support from Michael Toal, a customer service representative. He was extremely helpful and resolved my query quickly, but what really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. Michael explained everything in clear, simple terms without any of the usual tech‑speak I’ve struggled with from others in the same company. It made the whole process stress‑free. Truly lovely to chat to Michael who is genuinely excellent at his job.

We migrated our infrastructure from another Nottingham datacentre to CWCS, including relocating and recommissioning our physical hardware and establishing new point-to-point connectivity between the CWCS datacentre and our office in Nottingham.

The CWCS team worked closely with us throughout the planning and implementation, assisting with the rack layout, power, cabling, connectivity and the other technical details needed for the migration. Everything was coordinated well, and any questions or issues were dealt with quickly.

Our hardware was moved, installed, connected and operational within a single weekend, with minimal downtime for the business. The migration went smoothly, and the support provided by CWCS helped make what could have been a complex and disruptive project feel very manageable.

Robust, reasonable prices and technical expertise, what else do you need?

The review asked for a date of the experience, well bit pointless as they have been constant for many years and the last problem was was solved the other day, and monitored, and followed up, and kept informed at every step. But why pick one date when have been happy for years.

Our environments are constantly being scanned and probed, like many other environments, however there are occasions when scanning is having an impact to our systems. Because our firewall is managed by CWCS team it works really well to be able to log a ticket listing the ip's or cidr to be blocked and generally within 30 minuted the ip's are blocked

I have used CWCS for hosting for many years. Their support and advice over those years has always been bang on, excellent knowledge which I trust and often rely on. Thanks guys :)

CWCS have been High-Tech Solutions server provider for many years. Their 24 hour technical support is very good.

Been with CWCS for years and have slowly changed over other business to them and no regrets.

One of my customers needed more affordable hosting, as his old supplier had hit them massively for additional disk space, and the site was no longer affordable.
I went through a process to review around 7 different companies to move the hosting to, and CWCS were shortlisted as part of that process.
Following further discussions around exact requirements, we selected CWCS because of the can-do attitude as well as the quality of the hosting provided.
We have 4 servers, all covered by Gold Support and the support team have been excellent throughout the migration process. Our sites are non-standard so don't use WordPress / CPanel so getting support for the websites themselves isn't something we could expect, but the server support we've received has been fantastic.
We are still very much in the migration phase, despite it being a few months in, but I cannot fault the server build process, the support we've received which includes implementing monitoring and escalation to our developers when their coding fails.
All support tickets are responded to almost immediately and fault resolution (generally us, not the servers) is within the SLA.
Overall, great company for hosting, excellent, knowledgeable support team and can't recommend highly enough.
They are also providing 4 servers for around 33% of the cost of our previous hosting company for higher spec and greater capacity servers.

Hosting is stable with very very few outages. We have been using CWCS for decades now and find them to be very competent and very friendly. The pricing and packages suit us well and they respond very generously with their time when contacted.

They do the hosting stuff, so I can get on with the work that people pay me for. Their technical support people know what they are talking about.

Whenever I have an issue, if I raise a ticket, it is addressed without delay and the communication is really good. The ticket is not closed until the issue is resolved.

No web hosting company is perfect from my experience, but out of all the web companies I have used over 20+ years, cwcs.co.uk have been the best. I have been using them for 10 years or so. They are not Go Daddy, or such like, which is good, smaller company means better and quicker support, and more experienced technicians and is more flexible on many levels, not too expensaive either.
