The pureed meals have been valuable in caring for spouse at home. Delivery always on time. Good customer service. Only minor problem is the shipment tend to be in jumble with the ice. Need better way to pack. Also problem with disposing the ice liquid since it is not cannot be recycled. Recommend using dry ice.

Love my daily harvest smoothies! I love the wide variety of flavors and the size is just right. I drink them daily. One small piece of feedback is to make the items inside just a bit smaller for the blender so it’s a little easier and faster to blend.

Since the very beginning, Daily Harvest has offered an exceptional product, been faithful in fulfilling client requests (as long as you keep up on and manage the content of your box) corrected mistakes (rare) in a timely and satisfactory manor, and delivered in a first rate way. The quality of both product and service is outstanding. I am a loyal customer and happy about the wellbeing Daily Harvest promotes through this company.

Thank you for the straws and travel mug. Amazingly 3 of the 5 Dry Ice bags were still full. The top 2, there was about a 1/4 bag of Dry Ice left,

First of all, with my first order I just really enjoyed the quality of the products. The packaging, arrival time, etc. There was an issue with my second order and damaged products but it was no one's fault really, just circumstantial. Being able to reach out to customer service with a video of the products was unique and easy. The response was very quick and polite. I was just asking for an accommodation because there was a discount on the items I purchased and I wanted to receive at least that on a reorder. What they provided was way beyond that and really just kind. It fits what I sensed about the brand. Good quality products with equal quality customer service to match!!!

Great quality, reliable service. Had an issue with damaged delivery and received speedy, helpful customer service response and resolution. Fantastic. No complaints.

We love the smoothies. We have had several occasions where our box was supposed to come on Thursday and the box did not arrive. No notice from DH. A person has to Google "Help from Daily Harvest" to contact AI to get someone to call you. You get a link that tells you your box is coming on the weekend - but we weren't home 2 of the weekends when this happened. This past weekend, we were home, but the box didn't come. And again, we have to look up how to get help to have someone call us. It is very frustrating. We will keep getting the smoothies, but would warn others about the poor delivery communications. I would post photos of the ap to show that there is no tab for "HELP" but there isn't an option to add attachments.

explained to daily harvest that my order was made over a year ago but i never got a chance to use the products since i became pregnant and i wasn't able to shortly after postpartum. now that i'm able to use them again, we came back to a freezer that lost power while we were away. i explained the situation to daily harvest and all they came back with was a "sorry we totally understand but here's a TWENTY DOLLAR PROMO CODE." that is absolutely horrendous customer service. everyone needs to know that daily harvest DOES NOT SUPPORT POSTPARTUM MOMS WHATSOEVER. other companies that i reached out to where numerous food items perished were more than gracious and replaced the upcoming shipment given the extenuating one off circumstances. STAY AWAY FROM DAILY HARVEST

This is the best company if you are looking for someone who can not be reached (all emails come back stating that their mailbox is full), telephone calls: you will be waiting for hours, I never managed to get through. Please do not use them so they will go out of business and other companies that provide customer support can take their place

I'm happy to have a breakfast option (smoothies, oatmeal) that requires hardly any effort. My last monthly delivery came in damaged from the shipping vendor. I called customer service and they addressed immediately. It is the best customer service I've seen in a while.

Shipped me a box I didn't order. Just received one and my freezer is still full. Have nowhere to put the new box.

Emailed customer service to request cancellation of the shipment and my email bounced because their email box is full.

Will update this review based on how things go.

I have been using Daily Harvest for years. Stopped a couple of times and then came back - for the quality, clean ingredients, and simple way to get more fruits and veggies into my routine WITH protein. Any time I’ve had an issue with a delivery (the carriers fault typically) Daily Harvest has made it right immediately without hassle. Very responsive too. Highly recommend.

Quality products, nutritious recipes, great value and excellent customer service make this little company a gem. Order up!

I was needing something to help me eat and get protein. I was having health problems, of my own making, and eating was not easy. The smoothies were easy to make and keep down. Once I was back to feeling normal and eating normally again I continued to buy Daily Harvest. They are really good and I get my fruits and veggies bc I don't eat healthy at all.

Tips: Let them sit out for a bit to thaw before blending. I use milk and add yogurt to Mixed Berry and Dark Chocolate. They are thinner for some reason. The ones with larger fruit like Mango, take longer to mix. Have to keep pulsing and pushing pieces down. Even if it looks blended keep blending bc sometimes the powder or the little nuts don't get mixed in well in some of the smoothies. I do cheat and add a little sugar at times.

I love Daily Harvest and I'm really glad I found them. Totally worth it and I really do need an order every month.

I haven’t received my first shipment yet so can’t say anything about the product. However, when I had a problem with shipping (due to the shipping company) they stepped right in a solved it in no time. Two thumbs up for top of the line customer service!

I love the fact that Daily Harvest has done all the work. Picking the ingredients and putting it all together.
Their Oatmeal is outstanding.
Sticks with you for a long time and the ingredients are very healthy.

Great customer service and delicious smoothies

This company has gone completely downhill, which is such a shame. I had been a loyal customer because I enjoyed some of their smoothies, but they just sent me an order of items I did not choose or approve with no notice after discontinuing and running out of items and refused to cancel the shipment. Awful customer service.

YUCK…. I could only eat 1/3 of the bowl …. It’s taste that bad !! SAWDUST from a construction site would taste better than their Protein Oat bowls.
