We are so grateful to Professor Daniel Ezra and his wonderful team for the care my partner (Melina) received during an ultrasound-guided filler dissolving treatment (under the eyes due to a filler migration). From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely listened to, reassured and in very safe hands. Professor Ezra was kind, calm and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, showed great care in assessing the area with ultrasound (spotted immediately the filler), and made sure we understood each step and advising us on the ‘after’ treatment results. What stood out most was how thoughtful and precise he was, with a real focus on understanding the patient and how to deal with the psychology not just the pathology. Although at the end we decided not to proceed with the filler dissolving. Instead, we decided for a milder approach with microneedling, Topilase cream treatment and possible RF. We followed up with Nurse Jo (12/06/2026) who was exceptional with Melina and looked after her from the first minute. We now have a plan of action! Overall, we left feeling relieved, confident and very well cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Professor Ezra to anyone who is anxious about filler concerns and looking for expert, compassionate care.

I am full of praise for Nurse Jo Neagu at the Ezra Clinic and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the best practitioner of facial aesthetics that I have ever experienced and the results she obtains are natural and always really excellent. I would never go anywhere else for facial aesthetic procedures other than to see Jo. She is professional, honest, caring, kind and completely trustworthy. Also her post treatment care is wonderful, as she is always ready to give advice and answer questions.

I had an upper bleph with Tessa Fayers and I’m delighted with the results. The outcome is completely natural and has made a huge improvement to the asymmetry in my eyelids. Being in my early 40s I wasn’t sure if I would be suitable for blepheroplasty treatment, everyone kept telling me I was “too young” so I wanted to go to somwhere reputable who would be really honest with me. I was highly recommended by a well known private doctor and one of my patients (I’m a dentist) to book a consultation with The Ezra Clinic. At my initial consultation with Mr. Daniel Ezra, my treatment options were made crystal clear to me and the clinic arranged for surgery very quickly afterwards (within a month of my consultation). I was also given a second consultation with Mr Ezra and a chance to speak with the anaesthetist, Dr Raval, directly - who also took the time to explain his part of the treatment to me. All of this helped put my mind at ease and I walked into my surgery day with almost no queries or concerns at all. I only expected a small change, my upper eyelids were dropping and I had volume loss around my lower eyes.

However, to say this procedure changed my life is an understatement. My eyes are completely refreshed, I look 10 years younger and I’ve got my self confidence back- yet the results are so natural and I look completely like myself. The Ezra clinic have an amazing team, from their treatment coordinator Karen all the way to the surgical nurses (thank you Patricia and Jasmine) and obviously the amazing Mr Ezra. He took so much time to speak to me and address all of my concerns, was very honest about what can be achieved, and has followed me up post operatviely (along with the amazing nurse Jo, who I could contact 24/7 via WhatsApp) with utmost care. Again as a clinician myself, I was so impressed with minimal amount of discomfort afterwards and the neatness of the incision lines (which now, only 6 weeks post procedure, the scars are almost undetectable). It takes me 5 minutes to do my makeup now, I hardly have to wear any concealer! None of my friends or colleagues have been able to tell what I’ve had done but everyone has been commenting on how well I look. I’m so glad I went with The Ezra Clinic and feel so lucky that I was recommend such an incredible surgeon. If I could give 6 stars I really would.

I had my upper lid blepharoplasty with Dr Arnaud Potvin and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From my very first consultation, he was incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
Dr Potvin did an amazing job on my eyelids with such precision and a delicate touch that I didn’t experience any bruising at all. Everything went smoothly during the procedure, and Daniel being in the theatre room also helped me feel even more relaxed and confident.
My recovery has been very quick and easy, and now, almost three months later, the scars are barely visible. Dr Potvin was professional, friendly, and caring throughout, and he explained everything clearly. I’m truly delighted with my experience and my results.

I had such an amazing experience getting Botox with Jo. I was really nervous after a bad experience elsewhere but from the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge of facial anatomy is exceptional and she took so much time to explain everything with such kindness and patience, never making me feel rushed or pressured in any way.

I've had the best experience at the Ezra Clinic. I had a scarless lower blepharoplasty by Dr. Wilde and injectables by Nurse Jo. Both have gone above and beyond for me. Dr Wilde was so kind and considerate. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and giving me the best results possible with the smallest amount of pain and effort on my part. Everything about the surgery was smooth, downtime was incredibly minimal because they had such good pre and post op care instructions. Dr Wilde performed the surgery with perfect results. I was quite nervous, and having surgery was a very big deal for me. I thought about it for several years before taking the leap, and I'm so happy that I did.

Nurse Jo was my post-op nurse and she took such good care of me. She was available via text, which was so kind. She made sure I knew the best way to recover quickly and I did. You can tell she's one of the best nurses out there. I trusted her so much that I've come back to her for some injectables and laser. She really knows what she's doing. I've had them with some other top injectors in America, and nurse Jo didn't leave a single bruise on my face while others have in the past. This clinic is top notch. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Arnaud Potvin for his excellent skills in performing my direct brow lift. I can see a great improvement a week after surgery, and looking forward to seeing the full results in the next couple of months. I was lucky enough to have the fabulous Dr Ana Duarte do CO2 on my face and neck! WOW! She was so sweet and caring but also extremely professional. In fact the whole team are lovely. The results after only 2 weeks are amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend Ana if you are thinking about CO2. Follow up care is also amazing.

I am just over one week post op from an upper and lower blepharoplasty together with a brow and midface lift carried out by Professor Daniel Ezra. There has obviously been some swelling and general inflammation but I have been amazed at how quickly I have recovered and how little discomfort there was. It is early days of course but the results have exceeded my expectations. Very pleased.
The process from start to finish was more or less seamless. Karen and the rest of the front desk team were supportive and helpful throughout. So although I had to wait some time to see Daniel I never felt forgotten about.
The clinical experience was, as odd as it sounds, pleasant. Dr Manish Raval, the anaesthetist, was excellent. Everything was explained about the nature of the sedation in a calm and reassuring manner and before I knew it, it was all over. Nurse Jo Neagu was a constant point of contact and help throughout and removed my sutures painlessly. She is full of good advice.
Professor Ezra carried out my procedure. What can you say about him? From the beginning he exudes an air of deep calm, care and competence. He looks and listens to you carefully. I felt complete trust in him from the start. Clearly technically brilliant, I feel very fortunate to have had him looking after me. I had ptosis surgery and an upper blepharoplasty with Dr Hannah Timlin at the Ezra clinic in April this year. I am absolutely delighted with the results. I had needed this procedure for several years after my right eyelid had started to noticeably sit lower than the left. After meeting Dr Timlin I felt happy to go through with the procedure. She gave me very clear expectations on the ptosis surgery and she focused on achieving a natural result with the upper blepharoplasty surgery. I can highly recommend Dr Timlin’s skills as a surgeon and the care of The Ezra Clinic. The ptosis surgery has been a complete success and combined with the upper blepharoplasty it has given my face a more fresh, natural and brighter appearance.
