I recently underwent a surgical procedure performed by the eye surgeon Tessa Fayers.
This involved an upper lid wedge excision of scar tissue and ingrowing lashes following previous tumour removal (more than a decade earlier), plus a concurrent blepharoplasty.
Five weeks on, the upper eyelid is healing well and I am very happy with the outcome.
After suffering for more than a decade, the care and attention I received from Ms Fayers was first class.
My only regret is I wish our paths had crossed much earlier.

At 35, I was looking for subtle refinement, and Tessa Fayers delivered beyond my expectations with my upper blepharoplasty. From my initial consultation, where she listened attentively and provided realistic guidance, to the smooth surgery day, I felt completely at ease. Five months post-op, my eyelids are beautifully symmetrical, enhancing my makeup routine perfectly. The results are precisely what I wanted – a natural, refreshed look. The incision scar is completely invisible too!! I could not be happier!

I couldn’t be happier. Im 6 days post op, direct brow lift and upper bleph. The whole process has been amazing. Im not new to cosmetic surgery, so i can honestly say my experience with Daniel and his team has been exceptional. Most importantly though my scars are so neat and tidy…hardly nothing there. I had a lower eyelid blepharoplasty carried out by another clinic that resulted in right lower eyelid ectropion. I recently had upper lid Blepharoplasty performed by Tessa Fayers. From my first consultation with Tessa through to my last appointment with Nurse Jo, I have been extremely well cared for, every step was explained and all questions answered.

For the last 2 years I have been doing my research on whom the best person to visit for upper blepharoplasty. After being recommended to the Ezra eye clinic I looked through all the options and decided for a consultation with Tessa with her extensive background in eye surgery. I had 2 consultations and went ahead a few months following my second one and the results have changed my life - they are exceptional!
I had one eye with a lot more excess skin and it bothered to the point I stopped wearing eye make up and now the feeling couldn’t be much different. My eyes feel open and so much more refreshed - I had zero bruising from the procedure and was pretty much healed within 2 weeks , the day my stiches were out you could barely tell anything bar some redness, and that was only day 5! I woken hesitate to visit Tessa for a brow lift in years to come and she would be my first choice!

I had naturally hooded eyes and went to another reputed London doctor years ago for an upper and lower bleph, where I had been repeatedly told that my eyes would still be hooded post surgery, just not as “droopy” as they had become. She took out far too much skin and left my eyes looking hollow and totally different than the examples I showed her of me when I was younger, I couldn’t recognise the results and was so upset.

Fortunately I came across Daniel Ezra, who is the most talented and considerate doctor I’ve ever come across. He performed a complicated revision upper bleph, so that my eyes now have the right amount of hooding just like when I was younger and added filler very delicately and naturally below my eyes to fill out the hollows left by my prior surgery. I honestly couldn’t be happier nor more grateful. It is obvious that Daniel and his whole team truly care and are experts in their field. I cannot recommend him enough, I only wish I had gone to him first!

From the minute of stepping into 152 Harley Street the care & attention was second to none! I was assessed for which surgery would be correct for my problem, discussed every aspect of the surgery & recovery, then the date was booked. Between Daniel & Alia I could not ask for better care and attention to detail. Surgery (lower lid blepharoplasty) was performed which was extremely successful and the aftercare has been incredible too. To see the final result after healing is between 4-6 months, and 6 months in, I'm super delighted with constant positive comments from friends & family. I would fully recommend this surgery from such a professional team of surgeons!

Dr Caroline Wilde performed an upper and lower Blepharoplasty October 2024. I’m completely thrilled with the results, and cant quite believe how she has managed to achieve such a successful result. No longer hiding behind my thick rimmed glasses and wearing contacts. The whole team from beginning to end were fabulous on every level. From the very first time i met Daniel Ezra I knew I was in safe hands. Having come highly recommended by the late Judith Kingston, this man has changed my life.
I am a complex case having had radiotherapy as a child for Rhamdomysacoma (cancer in the eye) this saved my life but also left me with asymmetry to the right side of my face.
As a child growing up this wasn’t too noticeable, however as I entered my late 20’s and due to aging process the right hand side of my face was noticeably different.
This affected my confidence and gave me constant reminders of being unwell as a child.
Mr Ezra listened to my concerns whilst keeping things realistic and together we worked on a plan. My expectation's have been met and I have been having various treatments for a number of years now. From fat transfer operations to my right eye and most recently filler to the temple and cheek area the results are fantastic.
The hollowness has improved and my face is symmetrical.
