Unethical and Unprofessional Conduct – Beware
My experience with this organization has been extremely disappointing and concerning. After participating in an Erasmus+ project, they changed the reimbursement agreement at the very last minute, without any prior notice. I had already purchased all the tickets as agreed, and they later refused to cover the full costs, providing only a partial refund that does not reflect our original arrangement.
Even worse, they attempted to justify their actions by spreading false and defamatory accusations related to another project — something that was never communicated to me officially nor supported by any documentation. This kind of behavior is not only immoral but potentially illegal under EU program rules.
Their communication is evasive and unprofessional, and it appears that they exploit participants’ trust while hiding behind bureaucracy. I am already in the process of reporting this to the Erasmus+ National Agency and relevant Danish authorities, as such conduct damages the credibility of all organizations involved in European youth projects.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from cooperating with this organization until transparency and accountability are restored. Denmark takes these matters very seriously, and I hope the responsible authorities investigate this case properly.
