A soft comfortable mask
A soft comfortable mask. I'm not over keen on wearing masks behind the ears but it usually stays put and I don't feel I'm fighting to breathe. The willow leaves pattern is suitable for all occasions and it easily fits in my pocket.

I was reluctant to write this review as…
I was reluctant to write this review as I don’t like to publicly criticise a company but I am doing so as I have had no response from an e mail sent last week.
We purchased 2 face masks in September order 13548.
We are very disappointed with the masks as they are too small to fit comfortably around the face area and the elastic pulls on the ears.Also the label has come off after a couple of times hand washing leaving a sticky patch. Maybe we have been sent children’s sizes ?
We bought 2 costing £40 and I’d rather have given the whole amount to charity.

I am so sorry you are not happy with your products, we haven't received an email from you.
I am afraid the masks sent to you are the adult size and are made to fit those within our size guidelines online. The elastic around the edges is designed to be tight around the edges to help with a better fit and seal to your face.
The labels are designed to come off and the patch you refer to will come out in a wash. They should be machined washed and this can be up to 60 degrees.

Effective and stylish.
Comfortable, but also fits snuggly to the face shape, so feels effective. Like the stylish design, and the fabrics used. Fabrics are soft against the face, and are attractive and varied in pattern.

Love my mask
Love my mask. People have complimented me on it and asked where I got it. Only negative was the dye ran a wee bit from the trim the first time I washed it But okay after that. Will order More

Lovely masks
Lovely masks; a repeat order as they as so so comfy.
These masks wash lovely and dry quickly. They retain their shape and the designs are a work of art.
My elderly mum loves her one as well.
The only place I would order my masks from. Quick delivery as well.

Fantastic customer service!
I was initially disappointed with my face mask as it was not the design I ordered although it did fit me well and was extremely comfortable. I contacted David Watson who apologised and immediately sent me the strawberry thief pattern which I had originally ordered. I love it!

Very disappointing indeed
Very disappointing indeed. I liked the colour and pattern of the fabric which is why I chose it but it was too small, too thin and entirely useless. I gave it to my 6 year old grand daughter and she put it on her teddy.

I am so pleased you like our designs. Our sizing is accurate within couple of mm's and fits adults as to our sizing guide on our product pages. Unfortunately we are unable to refund as we are confident on our sizing. What a lucky grand daughter to have such a large teddy bear!

Beautifully made and a great fit. Easy to wear as it maintains the shape. Comfortable breathing.
My only question would be if it is only two ply and I think 3 layers are recommended For best protection.
