Nooit mijn winkelwagen gehad met 2 kratten erbij. Wel betaald maar krijg geen contact. Dag geld 30.00

I bought the Sun shade hat, shipping was taking to long and with repeat responses to my emails I decided to cancel my order and tried the phone # to call and cancel my order, the number don’t work! The order finally arrived 18 days after purchase. It was too big for my head and I did not care for how it looked on me. I contacted the company asking how to start a return, I was informed my purchase don’t qualify for a return according to their policies. So now I am stuck with a hat that won’t stay on my head!

If you want one of these hats (Sun Shade) don’t order through this company I paid $31. and change for this hat, if I had done my normal research I could of got the same hat for $11.99 with free shipping through Amazon.
Stay away from this company, they have poor customer service, poor policies and no regard for their costumers, their bottom line is make money and have no regard for the customers!
I ordered (and paid for) a product. moments later I got an email that the product was not available and that I would be given a gift card instead. I did not want a gift card and requested a refund to which they agreed.
Over 6 weeks later no refund has been received. There has been no response to my numerous emails asking for an update, and there are no other contact details other than the support email (to which they do not respond) on their website.
Delivery in 2 to 10 days and still nothing after 2 months. No response to emails or refund as requested. Stay away
Pathetic, you wait months, no refunds as promised. Not a SA company. Just stealing customers money. Needed goods urgent. They never ordered it. A month later promised a refund. 2 weeks still nothing paid back
I now submitted complaints to authorities because these guys are not sending out items that was ordered. If I wanted to donate, I would lovingly go to a charity for that. They are earning money from people but they dont deliver. Do we have to send complaints every time we need our items delivered?
I waited 5 weeks for my onder to arrive. I have used the items for 4 days and it is useless. The gadgets is suppose to get rid of moles and they push-up new heaps less than a meter from the gadget. What crap!!
I purchased a item from these guys which has a 2 year warranty. They claim that the device is 5ATM waterproof so I went swimming with the device and it no longer comes on. They are now refusing to assist me with a claim to exchange it for a new one even though the item has a 2 year warranty they state that they only assist with a claim if it is within 7 days from purchase/delivery. How contradicting is that? I get a great 2 year warranty on my device but DealsDaily only does a claim if its within 7 days. These guys are unethical and are NOT as advertised at all. STAY AWAY PEOPLE STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
If i could give a minus rating I would. My order was paid for on 14 January 2023. I was then informed there was a delay due to the Chinese festival. Later the website indicated delivery 6 to 12 Feb. It then changed to 12 feb to 23 Feb. Upon my enquiry, Adiel Seyed the head of customer services emailed that I will get it at the end of February . on the 28 th I am told that the courier has it. Its one story after another and it keeps changing........DO NOT BUY......They are totally unreliable. I have purchased from Lightinthe box.com items came China too, after this purchase and my order arrived timeously from them.

I ordered my product on 14 Jan and it arrived 28 Feb. Even allowing for the Chinese New Year, the delivery was 27 working days.
The customer support constantly messages that delivery is as per expected timelines (ie no delays) and takes no accountability at at all. If fact they will gaslight you into thinking you were mistaken and they use cut and paste responses that are simply tone deaf.
I will happily pay more to have better service and will not order from this site again.
This company is a Scam. I was helped via email until I placed my order at the beginning of January and since then, I have gotten no replies whatsoever. Their policy is delivery within 5-10 working days, It has been over 22 days for me. I have sent emails daily with no response. A complete waste of time & money. DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALS DAILY OR MY DAILY DEALS!!!!!
Very very very slow and I feel that the live chat saying that they will respond in a few hours is to make you go away and not bother them. These guys have great potential, wish they would use it.
My wife ordered a cellphone as a gift for me. It R7 499,00. This was in November 2022. To date we have received no cellphone. It is very difficult to make contact with Dealsdaily. Their adverts are misleading. Please be careful when dealing with them.
Do not order from this website. Ordered over 3 months ago, every email and attempt at contacting them is ignored. Not one reply. Have no idea where my order is and R4000 short.
Eventually got a reply after posting the above review and sending numerous emails. No explanation or apology, just that the order would be delivered in the next few days. Which it was.
I personally won't be ordering from this website again. It was not worth the trouble or the 3 month wait.
As a first time Deals Daily user, I was skeptical! The reviews on the company weren't all that great and the cheap cellphone case I had my eye on seemed too good to be true. However - my order arrived within the promised time frame and I was super surprised and pleased at the high quality of the case I ordered. Will use the platform again.
I paid for my order with from Dealsdaily.co.za [aka MyDailyDeals.co.za] on 24 January 2022.
My order acceptance stated, “Nationwide [South Africa] Delivery | 10 - 15 Working Days”.
I also paid the delivery fee for the goods to be delivered to my home.
33 working days later, I received a text message informing me to collect my parcel from PEP stores in Bethulie [106 kms roundtrip from my residence - not even in the same province].
Naturally I emailed Adiel Seyed, Head of Customer Support at Dealsdaily.co.za [aka MyDailyDeals.co.za] to inform him that this was unacceptable, and that the parcel must either be delivered to my home [as per our original contract] or I must get a full refund.
A refund was out of the question and after receiving a few nonsensical responses from Adiel Seyed, I decided to submit a complaint to the CGSO (Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman). I submitted my complaint to the CGSO on 13 March 2022.
My order was finally delivered on 31 March 2022.
It took 49 working days or 9 ½ weeks. Over 3 times their maximum indicated delivery time.
worst online shopping experience I've had to date. I wait for 20 days from placing order just to receive an SMS telling me that I must go pick my parcel up from a depot 30km from delivery address, after I paid for delivery and according to their website they "deliver to anywhere in SA". Apparently due to their system not being able to detect one of the main roads in Cape Town. shocking service. Was offered R100 store credit if I picked it up. Will never be using this company again.
