Go anywhere but here!
Poor communication. Mistakes made with no effort to rectify or take ownership for. This particular error cost thousands of pounds in help 2 buy bonus being lost. Staff quite frankly rude and abusive. Deadlines not met, constantly chasing paperwork. Upper management did not take complaints seriously. An awful first time buying experience. Avoid at all costs!

Completely mishandled everything from the start, zero ownership, all parties (estate agents in both sides, solicitors 'in 20 years of doing this job, I've never known anything like it', buyers/sellers) all dumfounded. They caused a large delay in moving dates for everyone due to complete incompetence.
Emailed on the 29/07/21 politely and clearly setting out complaint with all the details and attached evidence required (payment required to myself) and they have not even got back, let alone made the payment.
Incompetent, no morals and complete lack of ownership of their errors.
I understand people make mistakes and I'm more than happy to give them chance to rectify. This has not been the case at all. It seems a case if ignore and hope it goes away
