I purchased replacement covers for my 15 year old Karlstad 2 Seater Sofa and Armchair. Before ordering, I requested samples of different fabrics to check colour and feel. I chose the Etna fabric in Turquoise.
After receiving and fitting the covers, I'm really pleased with the quality and fit, the Sofa and Armchair look as good as new again. I wholeheartedly recommend Dekoria.

Niestety ale po wydaniu kilku tysięcy złotych na rolety rzymskie szyte na zamówienie okazało się, że praktycznie nie da się ich używać. Mechanizm sznurkowy jest bardzo słabej jakości. Już po kilku dniach rolety nie pracują tak jak powinny góra dół. Sznurki blokują się w plastikowym mechaniźmie z hamulcem. Reklamacja została przyjęta na zasadzie, że oczywiście tylko my mamy ten problem i nikt wcześniej nie zgłaszał takiej usterki. Naprawdę w to wątpię, ponieważ po złożeniu reklamacji sklep wysłał nam nowy mechanizm z hamulcem do samodzielnej wymiany i nadal jest ten sam problem. Także za te pieniądze jakość zdecydowanie słaba. Aha, jeszcze Pani odbierająca ode mnie zgłoszenie zaproponowała nam 2 opcje: wymiana tego mechanizmu na nowy z samodzielną instalacją lub zakup systemu na pilota, który kosztuje drugie tyle co same rolety. Także wniosek jest jeden, jak kupować, to tylko z systemem na pilota, ponieważ mechaniczny system po prostu nie działa lub działa na chwilę.

The quality of the Poang seat cushion and sofa cushions is excellent. I needed to amend the order after it had been placed and it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Communication on delivery status was very good.

My new seat covers are lovely - a great fit - and they even made me a matching large bench-cushion cover from measurements I sent in. The customer service was great. It fits well and I'm really pleased with it.
My only issue was the delivery took a few weeks and I was worried that the package was going to get stuck in Poland. In the end it made it with no extra customs charges - phew!

Took a while to get here but they were made to order so it’s fair that they did and were worth the wait gorgeous curtains, so well made and a lovely fabric. Very happy.

Excellent service from this company, an enormous amount of fabrics to choose from. My order was accepted and completed in a short space of time plus delivery from Poland was very quick. The curtain pelmet I had made was beautifully made, I was delighted with it and will definitely use this company again.

The cushion is well made fits chair exactly and are comfortable all in all a good product
