Booked a taxi last night,come morning no taxi.Called office said unfortunately no taxi around just wait.Unfortunatley no taxi came and had to book a taxi with another company.Not something you want to experience after a 12 hour night shift.

Bang on time, lovely driver. Booked night before. I have used this company for years as a local. Always reliable for me.

I would say a great firm,but unfortunately since they updated there app which is useless,they've gone down in my estimation.
The app frequently logs you out,won't let you delete a card,infact won't even let me use mine even tho when app was updated it made me verify my card which it did perfectly fine,
When I came to book and use my card,kept coming up error,first time I rang the iffice they put my card through obviously not my card as it went through fine,so obviously the app.
The app will tell you driver found,give you details will say 1 minute,then jumps between1,2,3,4 minutes,thrn back to 1 and the merry go round starts again.
It shows the drivers car spinning around a kiddies play park near me or going round and round a road,the taxi is never as long as the app says it will be half the time.
I've had to ring a few times because if the 1,2,3,4 minute thing as its gone on for 10 minutes or more to ask if I'm actually getting a taxi sometime today.
I'm so fed up of this app,and having to make sure I have cash all the time as it still won't allow me to use my card,or delete the card,to try and add it again.
I'm seriously thinking of going to max cabs or apollo where I can use my card,such a shame they had an app that yes wasn't brilliant but worked 99.5% of the time,to change it to this which won't allow people to use cards or dosent work correctly,logging you out constantly and I know its not just me,the drivers have told me loads of customers complaining about the same,plus I know several people who have same or similar issues,go back to your old app delta it was more reliable.

Ridiculous company, I booked a taxi to bring me to Liverpool one station to get my bus for the airport more then 4 hour in advance, waited 30 minutes while the agents in the center were keep saying the car was coming and then at the end saying that they needed to find a car.
What’s the point of booking over 4 hours in advance?
I missed my bus.
Useless and totally unreliable.

Rang and booked at 8.15am gets to 8.45am rang them back oh we cancelled it the supervisor rang to see if you still needed it I wouldn't of booked it otherwise. So forward to 9.48am still waiting for this taxi - had to ring the Dr's to see if they could push my appointment later today as its past it now which as everyone knows it can be hard to get an appointment sometimes. Absolutely ridiculous. Delta have really turned and are getting worse. Never had so much trouble in my life. I have now contacted a different taxi company. Won't be using delta again!

The worst taxi company!! Booked a taxi, turned up 50 minutes later after 10 phone calls to them promising that the car was on the way. They lie! Stay well away, awful service.

I like to spend my money to support our Liverpool economy. On checking my visa statement charges from payments to Delta I've found I've been paying drivers coming over to work from Manchester, Bolton, even as far as London transactions. This is disgraceful and deceitful business practice. Liverpool jobs for Liverpool workers for the Liverpool economy. It's no wonder black Hackney cab drivers are furious. I'll now be happy to spend the extra money needed to travel with another honest principled company. And one with drivers who have a knowledge of the cities roads and a basic understanding of how to speak English,im sick of having to give directions for my journey and paying for it.

Really disappointed tonight my son and his friends went to a party a colne cricket club I said I would pay for a taxi money would be here when they got home . They rang me in taxi to confirm with driver that that is what I’m going to do on loud speaker , I confirmed money would be here , the driver kicked them out and said no we don’t do that any more . My son is 13 so you left him stranded an absolute joke won’t be using you again no respect or anything to look after some young kids even though I spoke on phone

I ordered a Delta taxi in Liverpool to take me to collect my dad's ashes from a local undertakers and then bring me home!!
As the funeral directors are situated around a mile away from my house at the very most, I would've walked, but it was raining heavily!!
The driver refused to wait anymore than two minutes so I paid him for taking me one way, he wanted £4.40 for taking me less than one mile, clearly I was being overcharged!! When I quietly whispered under my breath that he was ripping me off, he aggressively demanded to know what I had said: "What did you just f***ing say, what did you f***ing say" he repeatedly shouted, knowing full well I was very upset and deeply saddened because I had made the journey to collect my dad's ashes, I had told him that during the trip!! I really thought he was going to jump out of the car and become violent as that was the exact impression his hostile stance had given me, so I told him I hadn't said anything!! He threw my change at me and when I came out of the undertakers a few short minutes later he was still parked up, messing with his phone, but there was NO way I was going to ask him to take me home!! I walked instead and got completely soaked!! What a bad tempered, unreasonable, insensitive, aggressive moron that driver was, thanks a lot Delta taxis, I'll NEVER use you again and I would strongly recommend other people don't either, after all, that driver was representing them!!

They are literally the worst taxi service ever. You book taxi at least hour in advance and its always the same. They never turn up and you have to cancel. Its a joke how its run. If you don't want the job just say it.

Delta (Bootle) is the friendliest, most punctual, and professional taxi company I've ever used; and I've used a heck of a lot of cabs over the years. I highly recommend them.
My drivers for the journeys between Netherton and Maghull were polite and helpful. Thanks.

Late again for a very important meeting I booked the cab with plenty of time to get there and it arrived late again then drove at a snails pace I don’t expect for them to break the law but at least drive at the right speed.

WARNING DO NOT USE!!!!!! RIP OFF!!! YOU PAY ON APP FOR YOUR JOURNEY FOR THEM TO TAKE YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION & THEN THEY TELL YOU YOU HAVENT PAID, CHECK YOUR BANK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO SEE THEYVE CHARGED YOU DOUBLE THE JOURNEY. SO A £20 JOURNEY HAS COST YOU £40. THEY THEN PROCEED TO TELL YOU YOU HAVE TIPPED THE DRIVER & REFUSE TO REFUND. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. STAY AWAY!!!!!! USE CAVALIER TAXIS WHO ARE TRUSTWORYHY & RELIABLE

Absloute joke of a firm. Call centre staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. Also, the driver gives you ring back for the for the place you're at, literally waits 5 seconds, then drives off. A foreign driver of course! Most of the drivers have no clue where they're going, they have to literally be directed anywhere, even if it's only around the corner from where you live. But if you dare to phone up to complain, you get accused of being racist!! Absolute joke of a firm who employ foreign arrogant, rude drivers who have no idea where they're going and arrogant, rude, useless call centre staff!! Will never use Delta again!!

Feel really uncomfortable, in a delta taxi from Burnley to Manchester my card is connected to the app and he’s trying to charge more than it says on the app. This is intimidating and quite unprofessional. Don’t use these taxis.

Disgusted in delta taxis got one in pouring down rain which cost £4 paid by card and didn’t realise until I got in house that the taxi driver had charged me £12.40 absolutely gutted as that was practically the last of my money which he took from me he basically just robbed me

Took money via the app for a taxi for my daughter to get to school then mugged my daughter out of her dinner money. Zero care given when calling them. No apology.

I had to get a Delta cab in a highly distressed state Christmas night just before midnight. Very caring taxi driver brought me home. I had my house keys in my bag but also a single security key attached to a tag. I dipped into the pocket where I kept this key to give the driver a tip. Today I discovered my key missing. Phoned Delta (again in a distressed state and am told that they cannot ask the driver even less than 24 hours later but fill in a form. I'm crying so much after what happened christmas night I can hardly see straight let alone fill out a form. I will NEVER use Delta again so help me god.

Our driver was Ash 65 and you couldn't meet a nicer person, if I could have him everytime time I needed a taxi I would be happy , he was chatty and just a nice person
