After a bump in the road…
I was disappointed when I received tickets that were different than what I ordered. They were almost the same, however, one box back from our selection. However, they quickly made it right by offering a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Overall, satisfied

Ordered the tickets and were delivered the next day. Tickets were as advertised, overall good experience!

Folks were very good to deal with. Only disappointment was that we were advised to requested rows nearer the front of the section (which we did) and did not get them; ending up at the very back of the covered section with restricted view of the track. Also there was an isle way in front of the box that was constantly congested with foot traffic. This box should have not been as expensive as the lower ones under cover.

In spite of the weather we had a wonderful time at the Derby. Great seats under the grandstand so we were dry. I was glad to give it to my wife for Christmas. It was on her 'bucket list'.

The shuttle service on Friday back to the hotel was terrible. One of the drivers ended up taking a different cash job so only one van. The husband had to sit on her lap back to the hotel and if he didn't, they had no way on getting back to the hotel. Plus was already waiting over a half hour for the ride and were all dressed up. They thought the price was outrageous as well for they went 4 miles to the track and it costs $50.00 each way per person. Then having to wait to get back to the hotel. Would not recommend that shuttle service.

Got exactly what I ordered at a fair price. Dealt with Chris. He was very helpful. We had a great day.

We had the very best experience attending our first Derby. From the hotel to the transportation. Every went as planned. The tips from Kelly, our host, were very helpful and much appreciated!! We can't wait to come back and we will be sure to use DerbyBox again.

We contacted DerbyBox about 9 months before the 2018 Derby to obtain information on seating and purchasing tickets as this was our first trip to the event. We decided to purchase tickets in section 312, row F as it had a clear view of the finish line, even though it was further away. When our tickets arrived they were for section 313, row G. I contacted them about the change of sections and was told they upgraded us to seats that were closer to the finish line.
I'm not sure this was a better section to sit in. We may have been closer to the finish line, but our box was next to a post and pipe that blocked the view for some of us in the box. There were so many people in front of us, that the only way I could see the finish line, was to hold my phone up in the air as high as I could and take a video. Row G is further up under the roof, so I could only see the bottom portion of the Video screen in the infield.
I think the salespeople at DebyBox should look at the boxes in person to really understand which box would be considered an upgrade. A bit disappointing for the money we spent on 6 tickets. I may use another vendor if we decide to attend again. Maybe one that when you pick the seat, you can get a view of what you will see from that box.

Very well organized; a variety of well-defined package choices; great timely and professional paperwork and follow-thru (e.g., notifications on ticket deliver status and transportation arrangements) --- exceeded my expectations!

Received our box tickets without any issues. The walk around tickets were delayed but Chris took care of it right away. Great seats and experience.

I asked them to hold my tickets to be picked up by a trusted third party to avoid the 30 dollar shipping fee. This was at their direction. They ignored it.

Bate & Switch! Purchased tickets (6) in section 118 - then I was told that I had only purchased (1) but they could switch me to (6) tickets in section 114. A bate and switch!

Barry was wonderful at meeting our family needs while attending the Kentucky Derby. I highly recommend Derbybox.com and will be using them again in the future!
