The staff at Derby Box is very professional. Prices are reasonable and location of seats and boxes accurately represented.

Great location to see the races and convenient to bathrooms, bar, etc.

Got our Tickets for 2019 Kentucky Oaks and they were exactly what they said they would be and we were pleased with service and delivery.
The particular box was described as having a betting terminal, but be aware you have to have a PIN and account to be able to use it. Probably best to set it up ahead of time.

Good: suggesting flip flops for the long walk from drop off area to entrance.

Information on attire should be sent out as far in advance as possible as shopping for dresses in pink for Running of the Lillies in support if breast cancer awareness and other dresses or suits for Derby Day take time.

Magnificent hats are available in all hotels. No need to “make do” with internet hats.

There is a parade 5-7 p m Thurs before @the Lillies”. Streets are all blocked off. Impossible to get to your hotel downtown. Would be nuce to know that so you can have dinner rhen go to your hotel.

Pick up from hotel to Churchill Downs stops at 1 p m and resumes at 6 p m. Would be nice to know ahead of time.. or as we did, change to Sandollar transportation so we had more flexibility. We paid twice for the convenience.
Finding your ride back to the hotel is a challenge as guards keep herding you away from where you are headed and where your return ride is parked.

Pleasant surprise that Embassy suites had a photographer taking pictures at no charge in the lobby.

Good to know that the town shuts down all city tours Derby weekend . Don t plan on seeing the university campuses nor the magnificent architectural buildings except in passing.

Thete is also an app available so you can bet and order drinks. It is difficult to set up so set it up ahead of your visit.

Got a pretty decent deal, tickets arrived on time, no problems at all. 2nd time I have used Derby Box, and both times I have been satisfied.

I had called to confirm if our box was under cover and was told yes we were. Derby day rain and guess what No Covered box. 😢

Thanks, Kelly. It was everything you promised. The Fairfield hotel was conveniently located. Pick and dropoff were great. Our seats were under cover. Yeah, because it sure did pour. Morning mimosas were delicious. A great Derby experience was had by all!!

Great experience! Upfront TOTAL pricing was excellent. I abandoned other sites bc of the number of steps they made you go through b4 seeing all fees associated. Tickets and seats just as promised! Do wish you could click on a section (off their seating chart) and see all available seats in that section, instead of trying to tap each individual red marker. I never could see them all even using the smallest stylus.

Great experience. The tickets were exactly what I wanted and the parking pass was only a 5 minute walk from Churchill Downs. the tickets arrived by express mail in early April well before the Derby.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Everything worked exactly as expected, arrived on time and was easy. We had a great Derby (except for betting on Maximum Security!) and I would use Derby Box again without hesitation.

Derbybox.com was and did in fact mail me my tickets at a timely fashion...a month before the BIG RACE...I shouldnof waiting and looked around could of gotten the same pair of tickets In same Section 225 Row M.seat 1,2 for 800 bucks 400 each instead I paid these RiP OFF Artist at Derbybox.com 1500...so not worth it and if you waited till derby day could.of.got them.at the track for.200 each..will never buy from these internet hustlers again..
