Arnaque: commande sur instagram d'un coffret dermawave pour 49,99 €. Je n'ai jamais reçu la commande. Le paiement a été débité. Impossible de les joindre. Les numéros de téléphone inscrits ne sont pas attribués. Ne pas commander c'est une belle arnaque. C'est scandaleux,.

Hi, had the same experience as another review, ordered the Dermwave pro + Christmas bundle + 15 free beauty products on the 19th of December 2025. Tracked the parcel with the number they provided me by email and it it is still saying that the package is waiting to be picked up. At the moment it is in China.
I have tried all of the telephone and email numbers for customer service and have had no reply. The telephone numbers are not connected. This must be a scam website, I ordered mine on an Instagram advert. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot sooner and not wasted my money, £49.99.

This does not even deserved a 1 star.I ordered in December 2025 and it’s already nearly Feb 2926 and I haven’t received it.They said it's been delivered but I have not received it.I always stay at home but never received it the day it said it’s been delivered.I keep sending them message about it but they seem to ignore me.They are scammers.I thought it is a Newzealand company operating in NZ but I discovered the product that you are going to order is coming from China.Beware of these scammers

je n'ai jamais reçu cet appareil, le livreur pretent l'avoir mit dans ma boîte aux lettres mais celle-ci ne peu recevoir que de simples lettres, je leurs est envoyez la photo de la boîte pour preuve, et là j'attends un remboursement.

I asked for an immediate refund when I received DERMAWALL or dermawave.
It was a small flimsy cheap plastic wand available for £5 in China sold to me for £49.99. They refused a refund. They first said if it had been opened or handled it could not be refunded. When I said it's still in its original packaging they said I had to
1. Use it first
2 record my progress of using it on video daily to prove it's been used!!;
They said if I could then prove it has no effect they would refund it. BUT IT HAS TO BE UNOPENED AND NOT HANDLED !!!!
THEY HAVE OUTRIGHT REFUSED A REFUND even though I said I would return it at my own cost.
These are scammers and should be closed down.

Have been useing dermawand for approx 15/20 years ,,believe it's so good have a spare ,,tighten ,lift your skin at home perfect ,,

zero if it was possible, dangerous and no refund as guaranteed on their website.

This product is rubbish - I followed the instructions to the letter & it does not work at all. The reviews on the website are fake & the people selling it are scammers. Do not waste your money on this shit !!!

The first Dermawand Pro I purchased was faulty and I had to return to the supplier and got the normal Dermawand! as the months have moved on The Dermawand that was swapped is also now packing in!! Totally disappointed in Dermawand Quality! Why bother making inferior quality items that are so expensive and only last for 9 Months!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND UNHAPPY :-( and would appreciate feedback!!

This is my first review of a product. Honestly I’m torn with the rating I give because I think it’s a good product for me —When It Works. And that is the biggest problem. I have purchased full price about four Dermawands. I started with the regular strength then upgraded to the “PRO”. I loved the results. I use it once a day each morning.
I had to replace the Pro version twice now as its strength decreases after about four months of use. I send the company a video, explain that its strength has diminished dramatically and suddenly. They say they are sending me new devices, not refurbished but I’m starting to be skeptical because once again, the latest PRO wand I was sent has diminished power. I purchased the extra warranty but when I call they make me feel like, “That’s impossible, it must be how you are storing it or where you are plugging it in “.
I store it in the silver zippered pouch AND the box it shipped in , away from any shower or bath . I had to send the last one back and I have to keep paying shipping for the replacement wand.
I don’t think that is right especially when I purchased the extended warranty .
So here I am again, noticing the power is so much less than when I first got the wand. I will have to send a video, wait for an email, call customer service just to hear that it’s got to be something on my end and not their product.
After reading other reviews I’m thinking it’s the product.

I got one for a gift, very limited use and it stopped working in less than a year!! Junk

Honestly shocking customer service!!! I have changed my mind and I have emailed them four times to get a returns address to return the product but I have had no answer!! I will never order from this company again!!!

This product is a waste of time and money. I believe any positive reviews are paid lies. I kept contacting them for how to do return and they would not answer. Only after getting credit card involved did they reply. They got it back within a month. They promised return but they are still withholding it. This is now lots of time and energy. They are stealing my return money.

My mom gave me her unused Dermawand still in its original packaging and it’s not working

I've used the wand regularly and for long periods and focused on on one area and see absolutely no difference to my skin at all. It simply does not work. It does nothing. Total waste of time and money.

Used March for 8 months, no noticeable results so then stored in drawer. Started to use again April 10th. Worked OK 2 days, then next day power does not increase past level 1. It's out of warranty even it has not been overly used. Customer service say:
1. Company no longer has a service or repair facility.
2. Nobody in CS could say what the fault might be.
3. They do not recommend I do anything myself.
4. First offered $50 discount, declined
5. Then offered discount to bring sale to $119.99 +
tax.

Unlikely I will buy another. Results are marginal if any. I have noted the huge quantity of emails saying that this DermawandPro doesn't work for more than 4/5 months.
