Very disappointing customer service.
After multiple attempts to get in touch (they only offer email support — no phone number), I still have no response. We ordered a cabinet in June. It is now mid-November and only just has the complete order arrived.
Despite a small financial compensation from DB, we are still left with an unassembled cabinet and no reply to at least four emails requesting the promised installation appointment. In addition, the incorrect bulky furniture they originally delivered has been sitting in our living room for nearly six months, still wrapped.
This shows lack of real concern for the inconvenience caused, zero sense of urgency, and no respect for the customer experience. We strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.
