Electric refill air freshener had sprayed red dye all over my landing and stairs, not to mention I have light coloured carpet and I’ve only had it down for 2 years, it’s stained all my wall and paneling! this has been an ongoing issue since December/January they said they would fix it but are now refusing to, I have been asking for a phone call for months but now they aren’t even replying to my emails the customer service is absolutely shocking!

Delivery came with broken lids, contacted the customer service via email and the best they come up with is that I will get replacement lids when I place my next order. Why would I place next order after getting such an amazing customer service??

Absolutely love their room aerosols. Spotted a can in a local Poundstretcher and thought I would try a can for the bathroom. It's fantastic; the dry blast can cover a room easily and the lovely fragrances get rid of the nastiest niffs. Much more effective than other bathroom or room sprays and I was delighted to discover you can order direct and mix fragrances.

I ordered 2 car air fresheners before Christmas. Only 1 arrived! I emailed about 7 times, and to date they have never replied!! Terrible customer service!

Purchased this pack online, seems great value and has a lasting fragrance, also purchased a six pack of there blast cans again on line for my business, sends out a long lasting fragrance ideal for cloakrooms etc.

Please can people clarify which smellalike they smell like? ha! ha! Is there a stand out winner? I like quite heavy smells like TOM FORD BLACK ORCHID and wondered if the BLACK one is the copy smell for this?

I love designer fragrances but my last shipping was disappointing. The cans are smaller now, but the price is the same. Also the new nozzles on the Fresh Linen cans are awful. Beware! Your hand will get wet! All three lids were dirty, one broken. That being said, they do smell as good as they always have! I hope the next delivery is better. 🙏

Very common problem with this company, delivery still saying evri expecting it. Please avoid buying from this company. They have no customer experience and unable to contact them with update.

Received shipping confirmation over a week ago. Evri tracking still saying “we are expecting your parcel” . Tried messaging the company three times via email, web chat and contact us form with no reply whatsoever. Very disappointing customer service

Delivery was late, i paid extra to get it in 2/3 days. did not arrive in time, and now they dont want to refund the extra money i paid for delivery, saying its a third party that does the delivery, and theres nothing they can do. saying you are sorry does not give me my money back i spent on the service i did not receive, basically you stole my money.

customer service needs to improve, would not recommend to anyone unless they want to throw money out the window

Only 3 cans set out of a pack of 4 rang up still not received the other can plus 300ml instead of 400ml not ordering again

I have ordered several times from this supplier and as before the process was easy and without any problems. The delivery was a little late due to a small problem that was resolved immediately and response was very hood. Love the product and will order again. I can recommend this product and company.
