Dubai holiday
With a holiday to Dubai due in just over three weeks we thought with the ongoing situation it would be better to postpone our trip till later on in the year. Kirsty was so helpful, we knew where we wanted to stay which meant cancelling our original hotel, Kirsty was great at rebooking us and offsetting the money from our cancelled hotel onto the new one, very efficient and lovely girl, many thanks for all your help, would definitely recommend Destination 2 👍🏴.

I just don’t know how else to contact this company you can’t phone them you email them they don’t answer this is just becoming a joke
All I am asking for my holiday to Dubai deposit to be transferred to a credit not but they can’t even reply to me, this is appalling
Just managed to spoke to someone amazing was told if I don’t transfer my holiday over or pay the balance I will loose my deposit so in other words they are just robbers
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Deceptive, arrogant, and completely unethical
If I could give zero stars, I would. Destination 2 completely ruined what was supposed to be a dream package holiday to the Maldives, and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Shortly before we were due to fly, the flight element of our package was cancelled. Not only did Destination 2 fail to proactively inform us or offer any alternatives, but they actually altered the security details on our airline account so we were locked out and couldn't see what was going on.
When I finally managed to get through to them—after sitting on hold for an hour and a half—the agents were incredibly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Instead of helping, they actively tried to trick and coerce me into stating that I was cancelling the holiday. When I stood my ground and demanded the full refund I am legally entitled to under the Package Travel Regulations 2018, the agent threatened me, falsely claiming I would lose the hotel cost due to "hotel policy"—a blatant lie when you book a package holiday.
Once I sent a formal written demand for my refund, they completely ghosted me. They ignored all of my emails and refused to provide any written updates as the departure date approached.
I have now had to initiate a dispute through my bank. They will happily take your thousands of pounds, but the second something goes wrong, they will use aggressive, deceptive stalling tactics to try and avoid their legal responsibilities.
Do not trust this company with your hard-earned money or your holidays. Book elsewhere.

We were due to travel on the 5th May and stay in Dubai for 4 nights before going on to the Seychelles. Due to the conflict in the middle east, we decided to contact Destination 2 to ask about flying direct to the Seychelles via Ethiopia. We had anticipated problems with this request, but Nikita was great and could not have been more helpful. Within 20 minutes she had changed our booking and assured us that we will receive a refund for the cost of the hotel in Dubai. The stress has now disappeared, and we are looking forward to our holiday.
