I ordered from this Scammy company in January have yet to receive my goods, I have sent 4 emails and have had no response to any of them so far

I bought a garment in November 2025 and I am still awaiting a refund after numerous emails. The material was inferior. Advertised as 'like Cashmere.' I paid £27.00 for it. I have since seen it advertised at £60, which is ludicrous, with a reduction to £27.00. It was rubbish, poorly made and cheap. £5.00 would have been too much. I didn't go down the return route, too expensive, I finally agreed a refund of 40% and I am still waiting. I cannot understand why this company is still being allowed to trade on the internet. Destiny clothing are taking our money on false pretences. I wish I had read Trust Pilots reviews rather than believing the reviews from destiny clothing website.
Don't be taken in by this company. They have taken £27.00 of my money and I am left with an unwanted garment. Dreadful.

If I could give zero stars for this very poor business I would. DO NOT order anything from this totally rubbish business that is in China NOT Sweden, just fooling us all!
I ordered item months ago, I did receive it but didn’t fit, very poor quality. Decided to return, which cost £9 I followed all the correct procedures to return, tracked it did arrive in China but had email excuse after excuse so they have still not done a refund ! I asked for a voucher instead even though I want a refund as if I use a voucher it will still probably be rubbish stock !
So I need to take this further now, DO NOT USE this absolutely disgusting so called business !!!!!!!

Cheap rubbish. I ordered 2 fairisle, classy looking jumpers at a cost of £125.82. on the 16th November and immediately returned them to China at a cost of £20 as they looked so cheap.
They were advertised as Swedish but obviously came from China. 12 emails and 3 months later I am still waiting to be reimbursed. A sham from start to finish.
I intend to take this matter much further.

DO NOT purchase from this store. They are based in China. The quality is very poor. I returned the item for a refund according to their return policy and they refused to accept it so it was returned and I now have a £30 return fee to pay with Interparcel.

I wouldn’t give this company 1 star. The item received was nothing like the garment advertised and the material was fleece not knitted as shown

When I tried to return they kept delaying by offering other alternatives, when I vehemently said I wished to return, I at last got a returns label. I had to pay Evri international £14 for the return that was December and still not received my money back. I have now got my credit card insurance involved. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FTOM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first,after waiting nearly 4 weeks the quality of the sweatshirt I ordered is an absolute joke,it looks like it was made by a small child, nearly £40 out of pocket as they have made returning the item as difficult as possible,I do not know how they are allowed to get away with it,disgusted, please please don't order from this company

I’d give them zero if possible. Just an update to confirm still no progress. Parcel not at their warehouse. Mae at customer service waiting for them to respond , and unwilling to track the package with the Evri.com code supplied. Evri adopt an equally hands off approach. Utterly useless all of them. What a scam.

Ordered what looked like a decent hoodie sweatshirt. When it arrived after 2 weeks, it was awful cheap synthetic fabric and not the size advertised. It looked nothing like the picture. Horrible cheap tat from China and not Sweden as it says on website. Returning very difficult and expensive. Avoid!

Do NOT buy from this company I ordered a jumper nothing like the advertised item cheap very poorly made and the colour different size looked like it was for a child I pay £40.00 for this. I returned the item 4months ago with post office tracking just to be told it’s still in the process of customs clearance scam Destiny Clothing.

Do not buy anything from this online fashion store.
They 100% mislead you and miss represent their items. I purchased a sweater for my wife, this was advertised as genuine Icelandic made in Sweden wool jumper.
It arrived, 100% polyester made in China, £10 in Primark.
Avoid, don't gamble and waste your money on this tat.

Absoloute piece of rubbish. Arrived in a very thin bag, cheap material, cheap tat. Looks nothing like the photo. Claim their manufacturers are in Sweden but actually come from cheap Chinese trash. AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will be putting in the bin.

I too was totally taken in by this. The items received are nothing like the photos. Ultra cheap and nasty.

Clothing absolutely nothing like the items advertised. Really cheap horrible crap from China. NOT from Sweden as lead to believe in their advertisement. Shipping costs to return have been refused by destiny despite Customers Rights Act 2015 stating it's legally down to them to cover costs if item is not as advertised.

wish i'd read reviews on here before ordering. went for a tank top which they called a waistcoat and it was described as oversized but arrived snug with no details on fibre content. the colours don't look the same as in photo either, just the overall look doesn't match. i looked at returning it but you have to download a form, pay for postage (last time with another company in china this was over £10), it would need to be tracked and then how long would it take to get money back? think i'll contact card company, see what they say. won't order from these again. wool is very soft, hoping there's no angora in it, all labels in chinese!

The clothing is cheap nasty fabric with raw edges. It’s not the luxury sweaters I was expecting (2 for £70). Feels like plastic candy floss, revolting.

If only I’d done a little research on here.

Cheap , incorrectly sized, much smaller . Can’t get a refund as have to send back to China. Absolute rip off.

Like many other reviews, I wish I would have checked this site first! Firstly, this company is not from Sweden as shown on the website! All returns and I guarantee there will be whatever you buy, must be returned to China, not Sweden! The sizing is terrible, so do not rely on this, the safest thing to do is "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY" even though goods sent back to China, refund still not received.

An absolute scam. Cheap Chinese rubbish that looks nothing like the photo or the description. Returns have to go back to China, so basically impossible. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Please do not buy from this company. The sizes are falsely advertised and they will not refund you unless you send the garment to China. China has strict advertising laws hence why they sell their shit in the UK. You are offered anther item of clothing but you cannot trust the sizes they must be reject completely off the scale. Absolute rip off
